I have had Tina Reddell and her amazing office handle all my taxes for the past 16 years. Everything has always been quick, easy and fair. She is very informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to everyone! I could not be happier with her work. I am a customer for life

If I could give her no stars I definitely would! ZERO customer service, she has the if u don’t ask, she doesn’t tell policy. Never told us she charges 200.00 an hour! Says she will have refund figures in 7 – 10 days. I had to call her after 3 weeks of no communication. Didn’t bother to let us know she was charging us 600.00 to do our taxes or even explain why it was so costly. Never asked how we wanted to receive our refunds and when calling her on her lack of communication her excuse was «it’s a busy time of year» … I would NEVER recommend her overpriced services. To top it off she was extremely rude on the phone and won’t file your paperwork until she gets paid… Oh and when we needed to turn in some paperwork that was sent to us and needed numbers corrected, she said it would cost us too much for her to change so we lost out on 100.00 because she refused to take a few extra minutes to redo numbers!!! WOW!!! Who says or does that!

I have the same opinion as the first review. Fantastic. I have been a client of Tina’s for over 20 years. She is great. Very informative, helpful and timely. I’ve gotten to really know her over the years and she’s also a good friend. Always willing to listen and gives trustworthy advise. She also help my son with his taxes. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tina is FANTASTIC!
I would have reviewed sooner — but the Cristina had me fooled. We have used Tina Tax services for 4 years now. She has saved us so much headache. In the 4 years she has helped me to understand my tax burdens and benefits. The education has been empowering to me as a person who hates the thought of doing taxes. We have also asked Tina for financial advice (where to put our money, how long, etc) and insurance advice (where we are most vulnerable) — things we would not have thought of on our own. Getting a sense of how to manage our affairs critically and to the best of our advantage makes me feel smart and savvy. Even though Tina does all the work!
