In my classes, I share my take on modern Indian cuisine that is cooked at home for family or guests, prepared using fresh ingredients while staying true to its authenticity. We reinvent classic Indian dishes by using simple techniques of fine cooking and playing with a few non-Indian ingredients, taking the Indian cuisine to a whole new level that fits the modern lifestyle and is easy for entertaining.

Established in 2012.
I started my food blog more than 6 years ago to share my passion for cooking and clicking. Over the past couple of years, I have had opportunities through my blog to cater food for local events/parties (30 – 50 people) and also teach my cooking at home or at the host’s.
