We wanted to replace the tile throughout our condo and included HUDS among the flooring specialists from whom we solicited bids. The HUDS bid was very competitive and we were impressed by the professionalism of the owners. Their facility could be described as a «hole in the wall», but they provided an extensive tile selection and were a pleasure to work with. We contracted with them to do the work and scheduled the removal of old tile and installation of new. Everything went like clockwork and the crews were large enough and expert enough to get the work done speedily and with care. Surprisingly little dust was generated and care was taken to protect baseboards, walls, cabinetry and furniture. The tile installers did a fabulous job. And when, after installation, we noticed a flaw in one of the installed tiles, the response was immediate. Remarkably, no more than three hours after calling to report a hairline crack in one tile, that tile had been replaced and there is no evidence of the replacement work.
