The staff at this office has NO CARE for Dr. Kurdi, they are rude and lack in patient care. Tried calling them several times and since they couldnt help, I was placed on hold each time. After waiting I decided to keep calling but I was just placed on hold without EVEN receiving a greeting. THIS STAFF LACK IN PROFESSIONALISM and thats how you start judging a clinic and sadly their Doctor.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment at this office for a week and the desk staff are impossible to work with! First they demanded that documents be faxed over and then when I called to follow up they refused to take the time to check if it was received. I called back the next day and received the same response. On the third day I called again and the lady at the desk demanded something new. I told her that she was delaying patient care but she didn’t care. It was all extremely frustrating! Stay away from this office unless new office staff are hired!

Wow!!! These people are beyond ridiculous !!! I seriously have no idea why this doctor is still in business !!! The staff is so unprofessional, they give you an attitude, their beyond rude !!! They hang up the phone on you!!! I will be reporting them !!! Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Office staff will not forward medical records. Been trying since May. They do not understand that a patient (or conservator) has the right to their medical records. I am trying to review my options to obtain the records including Medicare and the OC Medical Association.
