Dr Tina Dao Optometry

Making a classes for my mom and she can not even use it. I could not believe that is a 4 star business.

Dr. Tina and staff were great. It took me a follow upmost two after my initial testing and lens fitting to get the most accurate prescription for my astigmatism but Dr. Tina did not give up and was willing to do what it took to make sure I got the best lens for my vision and needs.
Now my vision insurance, eyemed, is another story. It’s cheaper to just pay cash than use it! Coverage sucks…

Dr. Dao is very thorough & professional! She makes you feel welcomed & very attentive to your needs and questions. I’d highly recommend coming to see her!

My first exam ever… Was a great experience. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Helped ease my nervousness. Dr. Tina Dao was absolutely amazing. So nice and personable. I highly recommend going to her for your eye check up and future exams. Not to mention, the prices were reasonable.

Owesome customer service!!! My family come here for their eyes check up every year. I purchased my glasses from them for more than two years. I doubt they even remember who I am. Today, I walked in, told them that my family come here, and that my glasses is broken, I wanted to know if they can fix my glasses. One lady look at it, told me she can fix it. Ten minutes later she handed me my glasses, nicely cleaned, and all fixed! I ask her to also charge me for two cleaning cloths… She gave me everything and told me… «No charge!».
YOU GUYS… THIS IS WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!!!

Dr. Tina is amazing! She is super friendly and has a very easy going personality. I have been her patient for about 12 years now and every year when I get my annual check ups, I always feel welcome by her, and her wonderful office staff.
The office itself is kept very organized and clean. They also have a great variety of selection of brand name frames!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tina’s for about 10 years. During that time she has treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. What makes her so good is her competency, thoroughness and wonderful level of caring.
Caring that really shows, time and time. On one occasion, she examined me on her day off, and made a special trip to the office when I injured my eye. She has fitted my contacts meticulously, ensuring what I want, she is a good listener! She listens when I describe my needs to her. She never rushes and always takes time to discuss and follow up. She is special. The office staff is great, and has been there with no turnover the entire 10 years I have been a patient.
She is a very caring eye doctor. Try her, and you will be happy.

The doctor is five star. The sales staff should be fired for just being about upsell and add ons. Never got my frames. Two thumbs down.
