I had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) & liposuction February 2016 by Dr. Elliott. He is THE most gentle doctor/​surgeon I have ever been to. He has a wonderful demeanor and dispostion, as do his entire staff. Kris, Tania & Melanie are very supportive and encouraging. I will only see Dr. Elliott for any future surgeries. I trust him completely 100%!

I am pleased and proud to write this review for Dr. Elliott regarding the wonderful care that he provided me during the removal of skin cancer on my face. Dr. Elliott is an amazing and extremely talented surgeon with wonderful bedside manner. He also has a really good sense of humor. It has been only two weeks since my surgery and there is no scar on my face. I am definitely a «FAN» of Dr. Elliott’s and I have highly recommended him to my friends and family members. Thank you Dr. Elliott you are the best! A special thank you to Tanya and the other ladies in the office. They were a wonderful help and support during this stressful time. They helped walk me through the process in a very kind and caring way! I appreciate all of you!

I would like to say Dr Elliott and his team are amazing. I had a breast reduction with Lipo on August 17,2015 and it’s the best thing I have ever done. Dr Elliott is very kind and takes his time to explain everything to you. Any question you have he takes the time to answer and explain. Chris is amazing also; she’s very sweet and also will answer any questions you have. His other nurse (I can’t remember her name since I only saw her 3 times and I mainly saw Chris) is very very sweet and helpful also and answers all your questions. Tanya is also very sweet and very helpful. I will recommend Dr Elliott to everyone and if I do decide to have any other procedures he will be my dr. Loved everything from the dr to the staff.

I want to start off by saying that I feel truly blessed having such a well experienced, detailed and amazing Doctor like Dr. Eugene Elliott as my Surgen.
He did an amazing job on my reconstruction surgery after having a double Mastectomy. He even fixed a double bubble that I had in one of my breast from a prior surgery. Which I am extremely thankful for.
Dr. Elliott is very detailed in what he does. And the nurses in the pre-​op room assured me that I was in amazing hands. Which I already knew :)
Also Chris is amazing!!! she does whatever she can to help you with your appointment and every question you have. She’s very carrying and professional. Love her!!!

My experience with Dr. Eugene Elliott regarding my recent breast augmentation has been exemplary. I was fortunate to have first-​hand knowledge of his work over a number of years through my mother. I was always impressed with the quality of his work when it came to injectable fillers, and my mom sings his praises. However, his talent, skill, and caring manner were even more evident before, during, and after my surgery. He is so knowledgeable that I trusted his recommendations right from the beginning and he did not let me down! He made communication easy because he is such an effective listener. He valued my own ideas and questions and always helped me to feel confident in my decisions and in his. The end result of my surgery matches my vision completely and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Elliott studied art and sculpture before he became a doctor; this background is evident in his work and is a marvelous complement to his medical prowess. Thank you, Dr. Elliott!

I was a repeat patient but no more business from me!!! He and his staff (except for Chris) really don’t care about you especially the girl that sits down with you and gives you the quote. I think her name was Tanya. She is lazy and wants you to do her job. I personally had to call the hospital to get something in writing regarding how much they were going to charge me for the lab. Isn’t that her job? Instead she gave me the phone number to call because she said it wasn’t her job. I have NEVER been to a doctor’s office where I paid over $ 6,000 for a procedure that I had to do their job!!! I had a situation where he knew what to do to help me but was afraid if something happened I was going to blame him. I told him I would sign a waiver but he didn’t want to instead he told me how to do it.

Dr. Elliott gave my 92 year old dad the best treatment we could have asked for! He explained everything clearly and was very thorough. Chris, his nurse/​office assistant is THE BEST! If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, look no further, you will not find a better doctor than this! A very caring office staff during a difficult time.

Dr. Elliott and his staff are the best! Always professional yet warm and welcoming! From consultation, surgery, to followup I have nothing but positive things to say. The office always runs ontime, every question you have will be answered and you will never feel rushed. Dr. Elliott bedside manner makes you feel incrediably confortable in a sometimes uncomfortable situation. At the surgery center I was assured by several of the staff there I was in the «best hands with Dr. Elliott» and I beleive it! Great work, great reputation, professional, compasionate, friendly just a few words to describe Dr. Elliott, Chris, Tonya, and the rest of the staff!

10 STARS… IT DOESN’T GET BETTER THAN THAT. I HAD MY SURGERY 3 ½ Weeks ago and except a small amount of redness and brusing you would have never guessed I had a facelift and my eyelids Lifted with some dermabrasion. Dr. Elliott is fabulous… he truly is an Artist with a gentle hand. His ability to make you feel comfortable and truly know that he will have your needs in his best interest. He will always be truthful and not give you false hopes. He is very kind, gentle, supportive, and caring. His staff is wonderful. Chris is a very supportive and caring. Always there for you as is the rest of the staff. I had a hiccup with my EKG only about a week prior to Surgery… We needed another release from a Cardio Dr. With determination of Tania and myself… we were able to get the necessary Echo to determine if I could go forward. In my many years of working in the Real Estate industry, I have seen some good Facelifts and bad ones. Dr. Elliott’s work always stood out. His reconstructive work is fabulous… It truly reflects his studies as an Art Major when he was in College. Please take the time to read all Dr. Elliott’s reviews I can concur with them wholeheartedly!!! You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Elliott and his staff are great, esp. Chris, his long-​time nurse/​assistant. Very professional yet warm, Dr. Elliott is very gentle and caring. My second surgery with him was set on a Friday, and even if he visited me at the hospital right after my surgery to make sure everything was okay before discharge, he also called me that night and made me go to his clinic the following day. At first, I got frightened as I thought something went wrong, esp. when I got to the clinic and realized that there was nobody else there but him. Then I found out that he really doesn’t have clinics on Saturdays, but he just wanted to make sure that everything was okay with me past the 24 hours and away from professional hospital care. Really amazing concern! As for Chris, from my very first visit, she had always been very attentive to my needs. She helped me feel very comfortable and at ease… walked me through every step of the way, including completing and filing of Disability forms. With her ever-​smiling face and gracious nature, she made everything seemed so easy and worry-​free. And even away from the office, I would call, Chris would always have the answer. If not, she would promise to ask Dr. Elliott and get back to me right away… and she would! What’s more? I believe most everybody in Orange County know about Dr. Elliott. Aside from nurses in the pre-​op confirming to me that I am in good hands as my set of doctors are the best, I got the same confirmation from friends in a local women’s workout studio and some others who have either family or friends who also had an excellent experience with Dr. Elliott.

Dr. Elliott is great, always listening and explaining everything along the way. Makes you feel comfortable and his staff is always helpful and caring.

When I was researching the best plastic surgeon in the area, Dr. Elliott’s name continually popped up. I was amazed and pleased to hear so many overwhelming, positive remarks from doctors, associates, and former patients. Everyone’s opinion was the same…“He’s an artist, his work is impeccable, and he does surgery correct the first time. His consultations are honest and from his heart. He advises you what he CAN do and if necessary, what you SHOULDN’T do. His bedside manner is kind, gentle, and soft-​spoken. His entire office is fun, friendly, easy going, organized, efficient, and professional. I love a doctor’s office that doesn’t leave you sitting in the waiting room forever. This is one of them. Tonya is tremendously helpful with any billing questions you may have and is extremely well-​versed with the insurance company chaos. Chris makes sure you have your paperwork properly filled out and never fails to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I just can’t say enough of my wonderful experience. I can’t think of any reason you could possibly be disappointed with Dr. Elliott!

Dr Elliott is an amazing surgeon. I lost a lot of weight and wanted help get my body back into its proper state. I have had a number of procedures performed by Dr Elliott and each time he works with me to be my true self not a different looking person. My close friends, family and I see the differences but others can’t tell I have had cosmetic surgery. His approach is to ask the patient what they are concerned about. He is honest about his opinion on if the patient’s request will result in a positive change. His support staff — Chris, Tania are awesome.

Dr. Elliot and his staff are amazing! I can’t emphasis enough how sweet and caring his nurses and staff are, and most important Dr. Elliott! He is just amazing. I had a breast reduction about 10 days ago, and he made the precursor to a great experience for me (I had very bad back/​neck pain). He explained to me everything, step by step and told me also the side effects, he did not sugar coat anything. Which made me like him even more. When I was done with the surgery and went home, he called me twice that day to make sure that I was ok. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I am also very happy with the result. Dr. Elliott and his team did a fantastic job removing a skin cancer from my face. He did it such a way that the scar is invisible. The care I got before and during the surgery was the best ever. I’m a person who wants a personable and competent team supporting the doctor — and he has it. It was also a plus that my medical insurance covered the entire cost! I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Elliott and his staff are friendly, great, and on time! I could sit and type about how I did all this research about this surgeon before my breast augmentation, but the truth is that I saw his beautiful work on my friend. What better way to rate a surgeon than to a have a personal friend display his «artwork.» I am 4 week post-​op and am very happy about my recovery and results so far. Dr. Elliott has great bed side manner and the girls on his staff are warm, friendly, and very well informed. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for breast augmentation.

Dr. Elliott & his staff are absolutely fantastic. He truly has the best front office staff I have ever dealt with at a doctor’s office. Chris & Tania are incredibly nice, professional, organized, and they are so efficient with scheduling that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes upon arrival. (Chris even showed up 30 minutes before they opened to accommodate my demanding schedule). They handled setting up all the paperwork, coordinating surgeries, and lab work between my PCP and Dermatologist which made the whole process run smoothly. I saw Dr. Elliott for reconstructive surgery on some skin cancer on my face and I couldn’t be happier. He educated me on the procedure and gave me all the tools that I needed to make a confident decision about my own healthcare. Dr. Elliott was able to avoid a skin graft on the craters left behind from the cancer, and due to his phenomenal care I won’t look like Frankenstein’s wife this year for Halloween!
