I seriously never do this, but I am just baffled on the experience I just encountered. let my dry cleaning and 2 pair of man slacks to get the hem fixes, because the bottom was coming undone. To my surprise today, the gave me the pants, for what I can only describe as a «bad patch» work! I ask the young guy… what in the world was done to the pants??? He said. they were fixed! So I say… what kind of fix is this? The hem is still undone and this mediocre patch is here? He continues to just tell me… I don’t understand why you are mad? I said… look, who in their right mind would think that this is appropriate for a grown man to wear, besides you had my phone number on the ticket, why not call me to make sure that is why I needed… he just said… it’s fixed!!! I DON’T KNOWWHYYOUAREMAD! I just paid for BAD service and got out of there. Very disappointed on the lack of care and customer service.

They’re located in the same plaza as Big Lots(neighboring Big Lots & Mai Thai) I brought in a pair of white denim, which had some marker stains and a polo. Total was $ 5.50– $ 3.00 for the pants and $ 2.50 for the polo, very inexpensive! Items were ready for pick up after 3 days and both looked perfect and new as if I had just bought them. Needless to say, the stain was gone! This is now my go to dry cleaners.

If this is the cleaners right next to the dollar tree in the right aid parking lot, they are great! My wife befriended them and now I go there and I am glad I did. They do a great job and they are very inexpensive. They were attorney in the Middle East somewhere and came to America and bought this dry cleaners. They are good people. Thanks!
