History

Established in 2007.

Joey Jumpers was an idea of Kristina Nehrbass just knowing how Kids Love Jumpin’ and Bouncin’. Not Ok jumpin’ and bouncin’ on the bed, but in a Jump House, now that’s Great. She & her husband Dan also had some experience in that area. Meaning Jumpers and Bouncers. Sometimes called Moon Bounce or Moonwalk which they still are in the Mid-​West.

One thing lead to another and bringing in Dad helped a lot to get the business Off it’s feet, so to speak.

That was in May of 2007. Starting with 4 Jumpers & 1 generator (for Parks) and with Great Customers and referrals to Family and Friends, Joey Jumpers now has grown to 18 Jumpers & 6 generators and has seen double digit growth year over year since that 1st delivery in 2007.

Kristina picked the name Joey, since a baby kangaroo is known as a Joey and she thought that names such as Bouncy this or Party that, was just too common-​place & Carni for Joey & that Joey had to be special! Check it out yourself at www.joeyjumpers.né

Joey Jumpers is, a family owned business located in Fountain Valley. The Andersens have enjoyed living in FV for 20 years. Ted has served his community as Scout Master, troop 567 in FV and soccer coach for reigion 117 for about 20 years. Vicki, along with those of her Non Profit Songbird Care and Education Center, has served the community for many years, rehabilitating wild songbirds in OC. Their youngest son Erik, is a graduate of FVHS and is currently attending CSULB.

Kristina & Dan Nehrbass have enjoyed living in the OC most of their lives, too. Dan is the Executive Director at Nightlight Christian Adoptions, & teaches Foundations of Christian Thought at Biola University. Kristina enjoys teaching 2nd grade in Santa Ana. Their 5 children participate in the community and local Schools. Natasha plays AYSO soccer Rebeka excels in gymnastics at the Girls & Boys Club in FV. Micah loves Scouting in T 567. Sonny attends Biola, Leah loves FV Methodist Preschool. She’s our littlest Joey

Wow! What an amazing experience dealing with JoeyJumpers! We had run into permit issues with our HOA and Ted, from JoeyJumpers went completely out of his way to make it all happen. He made everything happen last few days before my kids party. I would recommend JoeyJumpers to anyone.
I had run into email account issue with Unilocal and was unable to leave a feed back/​review right a way. My kids party was in July of 2015. 8 months later, I’m still thinking about what he had to go through to make this all happen!

I have used this company twice now for my son’s birthday and now my daughters. I won’t use another company if we ever need a bounce house. They are so easy to work with which is great when dealing with planning a kids birthday party. Great prices. Clean bounce houses. Love that we get it for the whole day for one price. On time for delivery and pick up. Just a great company to work with. I will be using them again.

Used Joey Jumper for a family party. Got one of there 4 in 1 combo jumpers.
There website was very basic but gave the needed info. You can call or reserve online. They send a confirmation and I got a call the day before confirming. You can pay online via PayPal which was not my preferred but went fine.
The day of the event. They were on time with the jumper at the agreed upon time. They did all of the set up. Ted was very nice. Pickup was the same. On time and they handled breakdown and cleaning.
Jumper was good quality and in great condition. Only small things like a Velcro piece on inside was worn out and slide pad was well worn. They did NOT adversely impact the experience or safety.
Prices were as listed on there website. Prices were fine.
Overall, great company, good product, and good service. Will definitely use again if I need another jumper

Joey Jumpers is fantastic! I hadn’t looked at Unilocal!first, but I’m not surprised at the other reviews. I filled out several online requests to price different companies and Joey’s was the first to get back to me (a friend recommended I check them out). I decided to go with their service for my son’s Monster Truck-​themed 3rd birthday. It was more expensive than other companies, but I figured with the jumper/​slide and basketball feature, it was a good deal. The communication was excellent — I emailed questions/​concerns and they got back to me quickly. I received a call with scheduled delivery time the evening before. The young man who came to set it up (Erik) was so professional, efficient, polite, and patient. He made sure the jumper was placed where I wanted it (I asked him to move it a little) and went over safety rules with me thoroughly. He gave me instructions for pick-​up which was also useful. Kids and adults had a blast in it all day. When it came time for pick-​up, the crew came with vacuum and sanitizing cleaner and cleaned out the jumper right there (made me feel it was even more worth the price!). I felt good about seeing them do that knowing it was cleaned just as well before I got it — especially with sweaty people and drooly kids up in there all day… It was cool watching them load up the packed jumper — they had their routine down pat! They gave a final farewell and were on their way. Very professional, very efficient, and so much fun! Highly recommended!

I ordered the princess jumper for my daughters 3rd birthday at Mile square park and it was a big hit. Ted, the guy that delivered the jumper was professional and friendly. My friend came late because she thought the party started at 2pm and drove 45 minutes to get there and got lost so I called Ted and asked if I can keep the jumper for one more hour. It was inconvenient for them because of their delivery and pick up schedule but he let me keep it so they r big on customer service. Highly recommend this company.

My daughters 10th Birthday party was today at Cerritos Regional Park. She wanted a jumper. We were provided with a list of companies to contact.
I spoke with Ted on 2 occassions, over the past 2 weeks. I’ve never rented a jumper before, and he was very nice and patient on the phone. Answered all of my questions. I completed the application with the proper information and received an invoice via email the next day. Saturday evening I received a phone call letting me know what time our jumper would arrive the next day.
As promised, Ted arrived at 11:30 a.m. to set up the jumper. He allowed my husband and brother in law to use his dolly to transport our 12 packs of soda to our picnic shelter … thank you. Ted set up the jumper, went over all the safety rules with my brother in law & I, informed us our jumper was upgraded … it had a basketball hoop with a ball inside … that was a nice upgrade.
Ted arrived at 4:30 p.m. He came over to me and gave me a hug, asking how everything went with the jumper and if I had my turn in the jumper before he took it down … lol he made me laugh. My friends were impressed … Ted and a co-​worker of his were inside the jumper scrubbing it clean. My friends have rented plenty of jumpers and have never seen the jumpers cleaned on site … they asked for the info on Joey Jumpers which I provided.
Ted, thank you for assisting with making our party a success. The kids were in the jumper all day. Even my 15 & 17 year old. nephews were jumping. You’re customer service was great. Thank you again.

Joey Jumpers was so easy to coordinate with and provided timely service. I ordered a bounce house for my baby’s first birthday. They are reasonably priced and show up on time to set up and go over safety rules. They have a huge selection of jumpers to choose from and at a really great price. They call the night before to confirm your reservation. Upon pick up the jumper is cleaned, vacumed, and sanitized for the next use. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their party a success. I will be using them in the future.

I have rented many jumpers over the years and Joey Jumpers really are the best! They are the only company that went over safety rules and an inspection with us. Also very clean and showed up on time. I like that they called me the night before the rental to confirm and also to offer an upgrade for 10 dollars extra if we wanted it.

We just had our company picnic and used Joey Jumpers for the first time… although it won’t be the last! They were amazing! They showed up on time, did an inspection of the jumpers with us, and when the party was over, they showed up on time to pick up and they took their time disinfecting the bouncers, which we appreciated.
Other companies we’ve used didn’t bother to show up until way after we were gone, so who knows if they cleaned them or not… Yikes!
I would absolutely recommend Joey Jumpers to any and all. We will only use them from now on! :)

I was planning my son’s 4th birthday party. I was lost when it came to finding a park, which ones that allow jumpers, how much permits are. Ted was there to help me with all my questions.
The jumper was perfect. My son and all the kids enjoyed it (even the adults were able to jump in it!)

Before I start, I just want to say that I think the person who helped me is Ted, but it might be Joey. So… I’m just going to call him by Joey in my post.
I had rented a jumper from Gold Star Jumpers and they did not show up on the day of my sister’s birthday party. RUDE.
I looked up Joey Jumpers on Unilocal and gave them a call. Joey (or Ted) was extremely helpful and patient with me and eased my nerves. It was already 12:00pm and I needed the jumper ASAP. I requested for any 4 – 1 combination jumper (the one with the slide and basketball hoop).
Joey (or Ted) had me go on their website to fill out a reservation form which would supply them with my information on where to deliver the jumper. I called him back after I filled out the form just to make sure they got it and everything was ready to go. He said he received it and would try his best to get a driver out to me within an hour because his trucks were all out delivering jumpers.
He called me about half an hour later to give me an update and let me know that they were running about 15 minutes behind which was still amazing. He could sense that I was freaking out and panicking because the party guests were on their way/​already arrived. I thought it was great that they let me know the status on the delivery so I wouldn’t have a panic attack. He also told me over the phone that they were able to get us a 4 – 1 Toy Story Jumper and that he would be delivering it himself because his drivers were running behind. They got to our house a little over an hour with a BEAUTIFUL jumper. Joey (or Ted) and what may have been his son set up the jumper and went over the specs and details of it. It was so much better than I expected and it was in excellent condition. It looked brand spankin’ new! The jumper was a lot roomier than the normal jumpers with the slide inside and he told me that it was able to handle adults jumping inside as well! Which was great for the older high school kids!
As soon as it was set up Joey (or Ted) saw my little cousin in awe at the jumper and told him that he could go and test it out! My little cousin and the kids started piling in.
Next time Joey Jumpers will be the first number I call whenever I need a jumper.

I had booked another jumper place who cancelled on me at the last minute. Frantically, I called Joey. What a professional bunch! With only three hours before the party would start, they were able to get me the jumper I needed! They were on time as promised and the jumper was in excellent condition. They arrived for pick up on time too, and they vacuumed and sanitized the whole jumper– which I have never seen before! Thank u for saving my day Joey! I will definitely be back!

I was extremely happy with the quality and care of the jumper we rented and the professionalism I was treated with. One of the primary reasons we chose Joey Jumpers is that they had an exhaustive list of new jumpers to choose from as well as extra large jumpers, which I wanted. I also know how clean Joey Jumpers keep their rental jumpers because after our party was finished, I observed the crew immediately sanitizing the interior of the jumper and removing any debris with a hand vacc.

We have used Joey Jumpers for several years and we wont ever use anyone else. Our expectations have always been exceeded. They are professional, on time, pleasant, and the jumpers are always in great shape and extremely clean. Prior to using this jumper company, we’ve had other jumpers that were filthy, well to me anyway. As a pediatric nurse, I tend to be particular about cleanliness and germs. Last year we added the snow cone machine to our order. It was great and easy to use. The party guests were so excited. I highly recommend Joey Jumpers to anyone looking for a jumper. Great service and prices. I just placed my order for next month.

What a GREAT company! I was a little hesitant when the city of HB only allowed us to choose from their list of approved vendors… but this company exceeded my expectations! The service was excellent the delivery and pick-​up were right on time –and the quality of the product was fantastic — AND CLEAN! All the parents at my event commented on how nice the jumpy looked… but what really caught their attention was when they picked up the unit and saw the team cleaning and sanitizing the unit prior to deflating it. I will definitely be using Joey Jumpers again!
