History

Established in 2012.

OC Party Art was established in 2012, and is quickly becoming the name to know in Orange County when hosting an event. Joining forces with the «need to have» party coordinator Rhonda Gordon has allowed us to leap into the new year with positive attitudes and ear to ear smiles. Come grow with us, and take part in the magic as it happens.

Business Owner

Kelly Mastin has been an artist «Ever since I can remember». He grew up surrounded by, and always encouraged to practice art. His mother was a talented sculptor, and his father was a nuclear engineer. It was only natural for him to advance himself in this area of life. Kelly first found interest in illusional make up artistry when he was 11 years old. Tricking his friends with self inflicted fake black eyes and bruises quickly led to painting them on other people. Now, just a few short years down the road;) Kelly finds himself with family, and a passion for making people happy. He has written 3 children’s books and illustrated another for a friend. Always encouraging people to «get out there and do something good» he brings fun and happiness to all sorts of events and occasions.
