Horrible service!!! They are rude & unprofessional and Hong while drawing my blood was very nosey and intrusive. To top everything off they lost my paperwork and my blood vials and show no record of me in their system. What a waste of time!!!

This is absolutely THE WORST place that I could imagine you can go to get blood test done. The 2 employees, one at the front desk and one taking your blood named Hong have absolutely no respect to their job or the patients. They treat you like police treat criminals, leaving a bad taste in your mouth. They both deserve to be fired, how can they keep their jobs carrying their hatred and extreme negativity under this modern professional and competitive market/​environment? Bottom line, I even worry about the accuracy of my test with the way they handled my blood sample.

The absolutely worse place you could possibly use or go to for any type of health or prescreening needs. Employers/​patients please stay away from here. They are extremely rude and lack the love of their jobs. If you are trying to hire a professional to work for your company, this is not the place to send them… they treat you like you’re some kind of criminal pissing in a cup. Not a civilian. Horrible work ethics! Whoever hired these people most especially the lady at front desk should rethink her as an employee. Awful!

Thirteen vials of blood later and I feel fine! Mr. Hong is very good at what he does which includes drawing blood. I was able to move my arm like normal right after. He’s not the nicest guy, but that doesn’t matter.

Made an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday. Got there at 8:45 and was seen by 9am by Hong exactly. The waiting room had only about 3 or 4 other people in it at the time.
The receptionist was not rude, but just not friendly — just as another review said. Which is fine!
Remember: They’re not my doctor that I go see, so why should I be upset or offended by their attitude? These are just the people that you go see when your doctor wants a blood or urine sample! That’s it. Don’t waste your time being so sensitive when it comes to the staff at any of these kinds of places.
Takes about two weeks to get results back.

I have gone to Quest Diagnostics for years for my quarterly blood work. I usually go to the one on Beach Blvd but this time when I went for an appointment, I couldn’t get one until later in the afternoon. This doesn’t work when you are required to fast. Anyway, I made an online appointment for the Fountain Valley location. I received a confirmation last week and another one yesterday. When I went in today for my 9:30 appointment, I was told that they weren’t taking appointments today. I Said but I had one and furthermore, here are my original confirmation and the one I received yesterday (showing my emails on my IPhone). She said it didn’t matter and I had to wait in line with everyone else and it would be a 45 minute wait. I waited as I needed the blood work for my doctor next week. I don’t understand why they couldn’t put me ahead of anyone else that was just a walk in. You just say to them «I’m sorry but this person took the time to make an appointment, unlike you, and we will take him ahead of walk ins. Ridiculous.

this place has the worst customer service ever… my elderly parents went there twice
and both times every single employee was rude… they should not have a job dealing with the public and handling needles… i hope they loose there job soon. hire a friendly staff… or send them to customer service training. !!! rude. rude… every single one of them… i nor my parents will ever go to this location again!!!

Fast. Accepts most insurance. Walked in at 4pm without an appointment. And left at 415pm. They are quick and straight to the point. It didn’t hurt one bit. There was no bruising either. My only gripe is that they don’t use actual band aids. Just a cotton ball and some tape. It came off immediately when I was pulling out of the parking lot. But it’s not a big deal.

Not rude per se, just not friendly. I had to wait over an hour, even though I showed up 10 minutes early. Guy put my drivers license down on the filthy medical counter. Other than that, they follow other procedures well enough. Would not recommend if you can get another location.

Quick and painless.

Today, as I have for every three months, went for my quarterly blood letting. Each time I have had the best service that a service facility of this could provide. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, but treat me as if I’m the only person there. The Phlebotomists, the person trained to draw blood, name Hong, is so proficient, that I never feel anything and 90% of the time I never have any bruising.
If you are near this facility and need to have blood work I would definitely recommend this facility. I do definitely recommend that you schedule your visit with an appointment as this is one of the more busy labs.

First and last time I will attent to do my blood drew there… I had to leave because the front desk lady has a ugly attitude, I don’t know how can they hired people who don’t know how to deal with people. they should stay home and fixed their problems and don’t bring them to work.
When I got there 8:30A.M they told me I was going to be there 2 hrs. I was ok with it because I had to get my blood drew because my doctor needed to see some results of my pregnancy. when they first drew my blood it was a vitnamies lady she was friendly, she told me to be back at 9:30 to do my 2^nd drew of blood. I decided to go outside and seat down with my toddler since she was getting frustrated when I went back at 9:30 the front lady started screaming at me in front of the other patients she said; «why did you leave? you had to stay here“I said I didnt leave I was sitting down outside the bench with my daughter since she’s screaming and running around. And she respond to saying «I don’t care you shouldn’t come then» I remain quiet. When she called me inside to Drew my blood I told her you don’t have no right to scream at me in front of all those people you need to change that attitude, and she said «if you don’t like my attitude then leave» and I said ok I will have a good day I didnt do my blood drew of 9:30 and my 10:30 just because I wasn’t going to let her treat me how she did even thow it was important.

I’ve been to both Quest and Labcorp in this building and I gave Quest the better review bc of who took the blood samples. Instead of picking and prodding where the blood vessel was, he got it on the first try. It was painless and really made me think about the painful experience the other time.
All you need to bring is your lab work form from your doctor, driver’s license and insurance card. I was seated 15 minutes from my appt time. The wait time wasn’t a problem as it was close enough to the 10 minute wait rule. Only complaint was they didn’t have any magazines to read while you waited.

I seldom write reviews. But I am really upset with my experience there. The front lady is friendly. But the Asian woman works inside around age 50, or maybe older drew my blood is very rude and is not professional at all!!! Won’t go there again!

I usually get my lab work done at a hospital, but since my deductible wasn’t met, I thought I would try to save a little money. Big mistake. Online scheduling was easy enough. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. The waiting room of about 30 chairs was completely empty. That should have been a warning sign. The man at my desk took my orders, made a copy of my insurance card and told me to sit down. There were literally no other patients in the office and at least 2 techs. What exactly was I waiting for? The same man then mumbled something loudly. Given that I was the only patient there, I assumed he was calling my name. I peered in the door & asked if he called me which earned me an eye roll & barking order in to room number 1. I let him know I am allergic to adhesive, including paper tape. He says that’s all they have. That’s it? It’s a lab… there are only a handful of supplies you need. Adhesive allergies are not that uncommon… how can you not have the medically necessary options? 2 days later, after having the paper tape on my arm for about 30 minutes, I still have a rash. And for the love of God, why can’t the lab at least have the appearance of cleanliness. You have no patients, why don’t you get to work on sanitizing something. Gross, gross, gross. Will NEVER go back.

First of all… Why does it take 20 minutes for a blood draw? I help draw when it’s super busy at work. I can take care of at least 4 people in 20 minutes in an outpatient setting. Came in yesterday at 1155 & the receptionist was very rude: «we’re closed»… I told her I only needed two tubes it would be quick. She said they already clocked out for lunch. There wasn’t a «hello I’m so sorry we are on lunch now but we will be back in an hour» … Nope. Just straight up rude like I was inconveniencing her by my existence. Worst customer service ever!!! You’re supposed to have some kind of personality if you want to come near me with a needle! Smh. I don’t know what it is about Quest employees. Ridiculous.

The front lady that was working the front was the same one who drew my blood was very rude, came in and mumbled something and when I said «I’m sorry what was that?» She just mad dogged me like I insulted her and in a very rude manner she said «your name» I said my name, and she replied «then sign…»
And after that she got my blood and said ok and walked out of the room. And after like 10 min she just looked at me and said «what r u doing? Ur done «and walked away again so I left, she’s just very rude and I’d rather make my appts somewhere else where at least they say hi. Worst appt ever.
