Got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich because so many people raved about it on Unilocal.I had the upmost trouble eating it because the sandwich was so thick and messy from the mashed avocado spilling out everywhere. But to be fair, they were VERY generous with the avocado while other places are quite skimpy. I’ve tried other subs here and they’re just ok in my opinion. It’s close to my work and I have seen great looking salads from my coworkers so I’ll give it another try soon

Nice surprise. Small, quaint dining area. Super courteous, great price for what you get. Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich is a handful. Potato salad is loaded, bacon bits included. A great find!

Been coming here for years since I work down the street from here. Sandwiches are huge and they aren’t stingy with the meat or avocado on any sandwich. I mean the roast beef pounder sandwich actually is a pound of beef. I checked lol. I like that they have a choice between a French roll or sliced bread. The meatball sandwich is better than most places and you can’t go wrong with the monster. They also give you a choice of potato salad, Mac salad or fruit with a pickle spear and some pepperoncinis. Reasonably priced so if you’re looking for a good sandwich, Sub Shack #12’s got what you need.

This place is a hidden gem! I started workin right accross the street a couple months ago and am a regular now. Everything is fresh, the sandwiches are huge, the potato salad is fantastic, Soup is great, and the price is fair. The owners are super sweet too.

Good sub place. Had a turkey bacon with avocado, was very good. They have excellent sides, my favorite is the potato salad. Price is average for a place like this, I got a sandwich with a salad and a large drink for 10 bucks

I’ve given this decent sandwich place multiple chances to treat me with common respect and decency but the cash register man has continually had poor attitude with how he deals and communicated with customers. he has a bad impatient attitude when you are trying to clarify your order and acts as if we are interrupting his day by bringing him business and ordering what we want. frustrated because it should be as simple as placing an order for a sandwich but he makes it a lot less comfortable than it should be. very unfriendly

I take it the fact this one is number 12, they have many other locations. I ordered their Italian cold sub. Have to confess its one of the best I’ve had in along time. They give you a side of vinegar and oil to poor over sandwich, its soooo darn good. if your in this area, odds are you work in the area. Stop by and give them a try. Small with plenty of sesting. Very clean with friendly customer service. I’ll be back for sure.

The sandwiches are huge so only get a large if you’re hungry enough because they also include a side of your choice of: macaroni salad, potato salad or fruit and a pickle. I got the large«Monster» which is packed with ham, roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese AND avocado with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and pepperoncini’s, half for lunch, the other half for dinner, although that wasn’t the plan, they ARE that big. Excellent quality also, very, very fresh… I am impressed. You shouldn’t be hungry for a few days after this place! I was this close to going with 4 stars because it was $ 9.20 for lunch, but worth 2 meals, right?

Forget Subway, Sub Shack no. 12 is the only place I go for sandwiches! The subs here are huge! They all come with a pickle spear, peppers, and your choice of fruit, macaroni, or potato salad. The large is much bigger than a subway foot long. I always get the turkey bacon avocado. The bacon is super crispy, and they don’t skimp on the avocado!

Great sandwiches! This is a small family run shop in the middle of the industrial parks. They cater primarily to the business’ nearby but don’t pass them up! Their Turkey Avocado sandwich on a French roll is absolutely amazing. I love sub shack they’re one of my favorite spots for a sandwich in the area. Support this place!

I thought this place was actually pretty good. I had the meatball and sausage sandwich and it was very tasty. the bread was ok, nothing really to write home about but still a decent sesame bread. the fruit cup was very fresh and they threw in a pickle and some peppers. also, they added a side of meat sauce which I thought was great. I’ll be eating here more often.

Great place for a big sandwich! The large is a good portion for saving half for later. I ordered the turkey avocado on the French roll and it was exactly what I wanted and the bread was fresh and so soft. Definitely coming back for lunch when I crave a sandwich!

I used to come here a lot. I used to get the chicken salad sandwich on squaw bread with everything. Fruit for my side. Then the chicken salad started tasting bland — like all mayo and no spices. The soup started having a ton of noodles and very little chicken. And I decided to start making my own lunch so I haven’t been here in a while. The main thing about this place is that it’s inconsistent in quality. Sometimes the sandwiches are good and sometimes your safest bet is a turkey on wheat because who knows how anything else will turn out. I think if they up their game a little they will be better. Also, slightly overpriced but the man at the front is always friendly so they have that going for them. Today I just had chicken noodle soup and it was tasty. I’ll still come here intermittently. Mostly for soup and drinks since it’s close by. Not sure when I’ll try the chicken salad sandwich again though.

Good sandwiches, fast service & CocaCola! I can’t complain. Avocado is always fresh & the egg salad is delicious! The Monster was really yummy too! just wish the french roll didn’t have sesame seeds

I eat here a lot for lunch as I work in the medical offices nearby. I usually just grab a turkey sandwich with bacon and swiss. The turkey is your average turkey roll, nothing special or particularly tasty. The lettuce, and tomato are always fresh. Wheat bread, also nothing special. I also usually get the macaroni salad. Strangest macaroni salad ever. You can see the huge store-bought tubs right in the refrigerator, but they«water it down» for lack of a better term. Usually it is pretty tasteless and bland, kind of runny. But recently it’s had an overbearing vinegar taste, so bad you can’t eat it. They supplement whatever they buying, with more mayo I think. Overall I enjoy this place, it’s face, the man up front is very nice. It’s a little more than I’d like to pay for a sandwich I should be making at home, but it’s the price you pay for laziness. My main pet peeve about this place is the inconsistency. As explained with the macaroni salad, you never know what it will be. Sometimes the sandwich has a lot of onions, sometimes one, sometimes pickles, sometimes none… even though I always order with everything. Sometimes the bacon is crispy, sometimes not. I prefer to know what I’m getting every time. Quiet place, rarely crowded.

Epic fail of a meal. We both ordered pastrami sandwiches– him, pastrami with mushrooms, and me pastrami with bacon and swiss. Each sandwich comes with a side– I went with macaroni salad, and my husband chose the potato salad. The pastrami came on very toasted(almost overly) sesame rolls. This part I immediately didn’t like, as I felt that the strong sesame flavor was competing with the pastrami. My husband didn’t even start on the second half of his sandwich, opting to pitch it out instead. The potato salad, straight out of the costco bucket, and the macaroni was horrific. Nothing more than boiled macaroni tossed with ranch dressing. I’ll take a pass on this place next time.

Delicious sandwich, I got«The Monster» on wheat and it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. I will opt for the French roll bread next time. Excited to try some more subs! I plan to keep coming here when I’m in the mood for a good deli sub. Have also had the Pastrami and its my new favorite lately. The Italian is also very good. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

You know what? This place is pretty good! I remember my sister making fun of this place. saying they’re probably disgusting. Yuck! But Damn these are good fresh sandwiches. You probably could make this at home, but people get lazy and they come here lol. I always get the Roast Beff with mushrooms! YUMMY! I think it was #29 may be wrong. I’m a guy that can eat .and eating that whole sandwich gets me into a full drunken-ness haha. So definitely filling and for the price it better be. This place is better than Subway in the area atleast. The 2 subways near this place just have horrible service and the sandwiches fall apart. Sub Shack #12 cares for your food and they make sure you come back! It’s unfortunate that I can not come back here because I am no longer in the area, but good memories and I definitely reccommend this place if you’re hungry for a filling sandwich.

Had the egg salad sandwich on squaw with the macaroni salad. The bread super soft, the egg mix was good, it was a nice full sandwich. I liked the macaroni salad, however, if you’re one who likes salt, you might want to add some. Sandwich special also came with a drink and bag of chips. Good price, I believe it was around 7 or 8 bucks. It’s super close to work and I’ll definitely be popping in from time to time. (and I’ve already told a few coworkers)
