Ordered Fios service, building a new home and all walls are open for easy installation for the tech. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment when the technician showed up a half our late, he informed my wife that he wouldn’t do the install! stated we don’t do this pre wiring. However I stated to him that this was made very clear on 2 occasions that the house was under construction and the walls were open. They said perfect that will make it very easy for us. Bottom line the guy was rude said he wasn’t going to do it and left. Verizon sales people flat out LIED to get a sale. Jokes on you, you lost a customer! lets see that’s $ 250 per month for the minimum 24 month contract that $ 6000.00 and I am sure I would have kept it for 10 years, that $ 25,000 on TV? Can you really afford to loose a customer like me? I guess the answer is yes. I will stick with Direct TV for my new house.

I ordered Verizon fios for my home. I got a really good deal. Verizon employees didn’t do the installation it was a third party company. They didn’t have to do much because there was already verizon service there. The power supply for the WiFi router was we and soaked as if it was left in the back of his truck. Good thing that it didn’t short out my breaker.
