We opened our doors to the Fountain community in September 2012. At Fountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics, we are committed to understanding and meeting your needs as a dental patient. We are located in the Markets at Mesa Ridge Shopping Center across from the Safeway Grocery store. We accept most insurance plans and we look forward to meeting you.

I love Fountain Modern Dentistry! My first experience was wonderful. My hygienist, Amy, was very patient with all of my questions and did a great job with my cleaning. The dentist was also very patient and very thorough with explaining the condition of my teeth. I had such a great experience myself, I felt confident in bringing my two year old son to see the pediatric dentist. His hygienist, Jesse, is phenomenal! He spoke directly to my son to calm his nerves, while walking me through the process of cleaning his teeth. They have movies in the rooms for kids and offer them a balloon. The dentist was very patient and kind to my son. After his cleaning they gave him a coin to redeem a toy of his choice and gave him an electric toothbrush. I am so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It is so hard to find decent customer service unfortunately. Fountain Modern Dentistry really sets the bar high for excellent customer service!

Stephanie the hygienist is amazing. She is understanding, helpful, patient and most of all caring. She is flexible with her schedule! You MUST try her out. I would highly recommend this office! They have everything all under one roof!

Great Dental office. Both myself and my son has had an appointment there and had a great experiences. My son was nervous but the staff made him feel at home right away. He is excited about his next cleaning. We were taken back right away and the appointment was quick and easy.

Very friendly, clean, small toy area for kids that sometimes has a video game or movie going along with mega blocks in the same space. Tv on ceiling for kids during their dentist appointment.

My kids love this dentist and we never had a problem with them at all. I like how they have a play area for the children in the waiting area and they also give out special coins for children to redeem for toys after their appointment is done.

Great Dentist!!! I recently moved my family to this office and haven’t had any issues. Staff is friendly, appointments are on time and I like that procedures such as wisdom teeth removal is handled in house and I don’t have to go some where else.
