I would love to tell you our opinion of this company’s work, but it seems they don’t wish to do business with us. So be it. I contacted them about our basement based on the reviews on Unilocal,it seemed like they had integrity. The representative that answered the phone was also careful to reinforce the fact that they had integrity. The gentleman who came to see our house also added they had integrity. I showed him the basement walls, he wanted to see the rest of the house. I’m not sure what happened at that point. He stated he would take pictures the next day and get back to us within the week. A month went by, no response. I had to contact their site for the man to call and leave a message, promising to get back with us that week. Still didn’t. Perhaps he had a problem with us, with our house? Not sure. Guess we’ll have to try someone else.

Had a wall starting to fail and some wet areas in my basement called Mark and he asked a few questions over the phone and came out in a timely matter to inspect my basement, after looking at the issues of concern Mark gave me a written estimate of the work he was going to perform (my house is an older home) so it could of been very easy to try and sell me stuff that didn’t need fixing at this time. But Mark and his crew came on time every time did a fast job on what needed to be fixed and the work is top notice, they hauled away the mess after wards and cleaned up like they were never there. The price was more than fair and the guy really cares about your concerns we will use Ark Foundations in the future and if you need basement work done in a timely and very fair price give Mark and his crew a call you won’t be disappointed thanks for the great job Mark.
