Bought a(not cheap) sectional back in 2014. The sales rep was nothing but friendly and helpful.(the only good experience) Unfortunately the fabric is falling apart and is full of holes. I’ve called the store several times and was told the manager would call me back; still no call. I paid extra for the fabric warranty as well. When I called this warranty company directly I was treated with nothing but complete disrespect. Lazy customer service at lazy boy. No thank you.
