Firefly Yoga is a beautifully finished state of the art studio offering classes in both low and high ‘hot’ yoga environments that serve all levels of experience and allows us to cater to any type of yoga practitioners. Our offerings include Gentle, Moderate and Power Vinyasa Flow, Kripalu and Yin Yoga, TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebell Training/​Workshops.

History

Established in 2013.

Firefly Yoga opened it’s second location in Foxboro MA in the Chestnut Green Plaza in March of 2013.

Meet the Manager

Lou A.

Manager

Lou has over 15 years of experience teaching, training and managing in the fitness industry. Lou has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and is also an RKC and SFG Certified Kettlebell Instructor, FMS Certified (Functional Movement System), TRX Suspension Training and Rip 60 Suspension Training Certified Instructor. Our goal at Firefly is to provide a non-​intimidating and welcoming Yoga and Fitness environment. We are focused on assisting our students reap the physical and mental benefits of a consistent yoga and fitness practice.

My first visit garners a strong 5 stars. Anthony at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. Debbie was a delight to follow, with a relaxing and regenerating style. The studio was calming and comfortable, clean and a good use of space. Hatha was after a warm class, so the studio was warm but not oppressively so. I feel great today, and I’m excited about trying more classes with the awesome $ 30 for 30 days trial.

I really like this studio — I did the $ 25 2-​week pass this summer, and everyone was very nice and helpful since this yoga was new to me. I now have a 20 class pass — it’s reasonable. The studio is very clean, easy online reservation system and I like the variety of classes. I’m glad I found the studio!

I was very nervous to try out a yoga studio, as I love yoga but have never done much of it except at a local gym. Firefly takes all nerves out of the equation. They were inviting and didn’t single me out for being new but made sure I felt welcome. Erica’s class was incredible and I can’t wait to go back. The class met my needs as being mildly familar with poses and postures, but there were many people who were tackling advaned poses. I know I can grow in my practice and abilities at Firefly and I look forward to doing just that!

Awesome studio! Class times are perfect for right after work. The classes are great for people who are still in the learning stages of yoga but don’t want to go to all beginner classes. The instructors challenge you but also explain step-​by-​step, which makes learning new poses easy and not intimidating at all. This place truly is for every type of yoga practice, beginner to expert. Best studio I’ve been to so far. Best instructors I’ve had so far.

Great studio, knowledgeable instructors and the reception staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Classes are truly for all levels, from beginners to more advanced. Studio and areas outside of classrooms are immaculate. My favorite studio, by far! The bowl of fruit on the front desk invites me to take an apple after class… a nice treat!
