Wanted to go with a local jeweler. More than accommodating. They had what I needed. Decent prices, excellent service!

I got my wife’s engagement ring here way back in 2009 and I’ll never forget what Peter said to me — if she says no, you can always return it. Needless to say she said yes and I’ll be coming back here this summer for an upgrade at my 5 year anniversary.
The store is small and unassuming but you get an honest vibe and great price.
My wife has brought her ring back here twice for polishing and resizing and they do a great job.

Wonderful hidden store! I had diamonds loose in my wedding band and after reading all the wonderful reviews, I took my ring here. Peter was wonderful, he checked both rings, polished them like new and it only took about 5 minutes!
He also makes the most beautiful jewelry!
I will be recommending this shop to anyone that will listen!

This gem of a little jewelry store is tucked into a mall in Framingham. I found it when I read the good reviews on Unilocal.I am creating a necklace for my 86-​year-​old mother, with charms on it that commemorate the important events in her life. I bought vintage charms on ebay, but a couple of them were missing the bale. After trekking over to Stardust Jewelers and DeScenza Jewelers, both on Route 9, and getting quotes for the repair that were more than I paid for the little charms (both places quoted $ 20 a charm), I decided to try Advanced Gems & Jewelry. Peter fixed one charm on the spot for free and put a new bale and jump ring on the other one for $ 15 with a quick two-​day turnaround. Everyone I met at the store was friendly and helpful, and although I wasn’t shopping for new jewelry, I saw a lot of nice pieces there. So I’ll echo a previous reviewer: Skip the big fancy places and go to Advanced Gems & Jewelry for good prices, good service, and nice people.

Yesterday I visited Advanced Gems & Jewlers for the first time. Both my watches needed repair. The owner greeted me with a smile and fixed the watches at a very affordable price. Then, as I looked around this very classic/​old school jewelry store I realized that this is the kind of place that I’d like to shop. I’m definitely going to go back here rather than the big places up the street.

So you need a battery replaced in your watch or maybe you need a new watch or maybe you are like me and are in the dog house more than you should lol.
Well I have found your place. I have bought a lot of jewelry and this is the only place I will buy EVER. So skip your big name jewelry stores, no need to go to the mall and over pay. Peter and his wife are reasonable, professional and most important, real people who want to help.
As you can tell I love this place and I am not even the one that gets to wear the jewelry. So let me start again, my wife loves that I love this place and I feel you will to.
