Busa and Sons Landscaping and Irrigation

I’ve been using Busa and Sons to turn on our irrigation system in the spring and winterize it in the fall for the past few years. I have never had a problem with them. They return phone calls and show up on time.
This past spring we used them for a spring cleanup and they did a great job. I’d recommend Busa and Sons to any of my neighbors without hesitation.

I started calling for my «summer» service — turn on, repair etc. in mid-​May. They NEVER return calls. Everything goes into a black hole. After countless tries I reached the owner. It took forever to schedule an appointment, and when he arrived in JULY, with my lawn, trees, and flowers nearly dead, he did not have a part he needed. So we rescheduled. I took another 2 weeks for that.
I took off work for the afternoon and he never showed up.
I called the «office» number and the cell phone. No answer. It took another 2 weeks — asking for a return call to set an appointment. No one called back. Finally, I left a message asking for the COURTESY of a return call, figuring I could get the part needed for the repair if he told me what it was.
I got a terse TEXT message July 25^th — more than 2 and a half months after starting this process, saying «I’m too busy.» And I have been a customer for years — who PAYS HIM IN CASH on the spot!!!
With that kind of lousy service, I’m surprised he’s busy.
Save yourself heartache and stay away from this business.
