Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

I have referred Debbie Chase of Coldwell Banker for many years. I work in the home improvement industry so I often refer her to buyers and sellers of Real Estate and she always does a great job with my referrals. She is very responsive, easy to talk to and experienced.
I have referred family members and my best customers to her and she has never let me down. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Metrowest MA area. I have even received great referrals from her for other great realtors in different areas of MA or out of state.

We had Jay Allen for our buyer broker, and we cannot speak highly enough of him. He was personable, professional, listened carefully to what we wanted, asked questions to solicit our thoughts without inserting his own opinions, and guided us every step of the way. He was present at the closing on our home, because that’s what he does. There was a last minute glitch with the sellers not adhering to fixing everything in the purchase and sale agreement. Their sellers broker knew about the breach of contract and aided the sellers in their deception. Unfortunately our attorney was more interested in getting the closing done than she was in resolving the situation. Jay went to bat and tried to persuade the seller’s broker, who was an aged couple and so-​called friends of my brother-​in-​law, to no avail. Jay is an outstanding agent and just an all around good guy. I cannot speak for the rest of this agency, but Jay is fantastic.

Don’t deal with Debbie Chase!!!
We were trying to buy a listing of her & she made it completely impossible (and ended up losing us as buyers). She was unresponsive to attempts by our agent to communicate with her.
But the kicker came week after we pulled out of the sale. After several requests for our 10% to be returned (it’s not a small amount of money), Debbie didn’t have the patience to wait for an email from our agent on the address to send the check, so she just picked one randomly from all our paperwork. She ended up sending a check to my parents’ house — in another state! How does that make sense? She knew we lived locally.
I’m sure other agents here are fantastic, but I would advise against listing your home with Debbie.
