Who doesn’t think about getting old and sitting in a rocker on the porch?
One day I hope when I get older someone will stop by and visit me. This year I took the family on a field trip like we do every Christmas season.
We brought flowers and stopped by hoping to visit a few folks who may not have family and friends near.
We were welcomed in to a small but warm little place. The front office staff and nurses were friendly and brought us around to meet a few of the residence.
I’ve been looking for places to visit the last few years and this was one of the few places that actually allowed us in to volunteer and visit.
