We can’t say enough about the professionalism and workmanship at Creative Carpet. Joe is such a pleasure to deal with, and the installers were efficient, neat, and thorough in our installation. I highly recommend them!

Bought and had carpet installed a few years ago. Observed installers not using proper techniques and called the office to complain. I was told, by management, not to worry carpets would lay down and there would be no problems. Well as I predicted the carpets after a few years are buckling. I was assured that there would be no problems. You might save a few dollars at this store but you are going to pay more in the end. Strongly recommend using experienced installers and not these clowns.

We had a great experience with Creative Carpet from start to finish. Andy was very helpful in the showroom, answering all our questions and helping us find exactly what we wanted. He offered many choices at a variety of prices — there was never any «upselling» (which you get at other stores). Andy came out quickly to measure and gave us a prompt quote at a great price. The installers did a fantastic job, and were polite and pleasant to have in the house. The carpets are beautiful! Creative Carpet has great people, prices, service, and products — we’ll never go anywhere else!

The dispatcher/​coordinator was super friendly and quick to communicate a cancellation on their end, and quick to schedule another appointment that fit in with my schedule. The guy that came was an older retired man who was contracted from R.I. He was early for the appointment and got right to work. Didn’t even mind our cats. He worked quickly and the seams of the patch job are virtually undetectable. He even asked for a vacuum when he was finished to clean up! We were very impressed with his work. Thanks Richard!

Had this company install carpet recently. They were very helpful in the showroom and even showed us a significantly less expensive carpet that was essentially the same as the one we originally wanted. They came over to measure and brought samples to make sure we were happy with our choices. They made sure we were happy with where any seams would appear as well. They were very accommodating about the installation schedule and got us in before the holidays. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did top quality work. They also arrived a few minutes early and finished in less time than quoted. Definitely going back to them again.

The carpet in my mother’s condo was looking very worn down. So much so that I am guessing it was steamed and washed a hundred times since it was originally installed back in the late 1970s.
After going to two other places for quotes, I listened to my friend and fellow Unilocaler Kerry D. and visited Creative Carpet. I was helped promptly and was shown a few of the different options available. By sticking with a carpet that was in stock, I was able to save a good 20% from what I had been quoted elsewhere. The installation was scheduled for the following week, which worked perfectly for the timeline I had in mind.
The installer turned out to be a contractor, a team of two men. They were friendly and worked quickly. They were done and the carpet looked excellent! Shortly after they left, I noticed that the carpet in the closets wasn’t fastened properly to the concrete floor. I was afraid that it would become a big issue when I called Creative Carpet to ask that it be fixed. This was not the case. They handled the situation very well and showed me excellent customer service in quickly addressing my concerns and finishing up the installation. They didn’t ask for payment until well after they had fixed the problem.
I am very pleased with the way the carpet turned out and with the great value and customer service that I received.

My buying experience was good, I thought. I got a house full of carpet at what I thought was a very good price. I was told what a great guarantee it had, how it’d hold up, why they had the very carpet I purchased on the floor in the showroom. Well, when the carpet wore in less than 5 years, I was told it wasn’t a very good color (nothing was said about the lighter color I picked due to wanting to brighten my rooms), this was «normal wear» for a family of 4. You could see paths in the carpet. NOT NORMAL WEAR. My friend bought a carpet elsewhere a few months after I did. Her carpet still looks new, she has a family of 4 and her carpet still looks like new. and she entertains CONSTANTLY. Oh, and the carpet I bought was not one they no longer carried… So in the end, nothing was done, and I was NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I went elsewhere for new flooring and will tell everyone I know of my experience. It’s great when you’re buying, but when you’re several years down the road, dont expect any service despite a warranty that you are told about when you buy.

Joe patiently walked us through the bewildering array of choices, guiding us on how to get what we needed without spending too much. He took precise measurements and gave us a detailed estimate. The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and were a pleasure to chat with. When a miscommunication resulted in a closet not being covered in the estimate, Joe immediately dispatched a better-​quality alternative at no additional charge.
In this day of mega-​stores and impersonal retailers, it’s a real pleasure to discover a small business that treats its customers like friends. We strongly recommend Creative Carpet.

Asked Joe at Creative Carpet to do a bid and install on a very specific date. He did a measurement within a day and delivered a professional, itemized competitive quote — said he could get it done when I wanted, too. Although I chose another vendor, based on Joe’s professionalism, I’d recommend using Creative Carpet and dealing with Joe! He’s my go to guy if I ever have a problem with the vendor I chose.

Excellent experience! We purchased Mohawk Berber carpet that had a defect, with no questions asked Andy completely took care of it. He had the sales rep from Mohawk take the carpet back & he had his crew reinstall another new carpet.
I cannot recommend this company enough, they were excellent.

Great service! Also, we have always gone here with a very clear request for the 3 homes we have lived in: we want the cheapest berber carpet you’ve got to update a finished basement. In all cases, they’ve been able to offer us a choice of 4 in-​stock berbers at an unbeatable price, install it the next week, and the end result looks like a million bucks.

We went into creative carpets after being disappointed with the service/​sales in the big box stores. We were met by a salesperson who helped us get to a reasonable number of carpets to look at. When we asked for a very quick installation, they had someone at our home the next day to measure. The carpet itself was installed in 2 – 3 days after visiting the store. The price, installation and service were all great. I know the next time we need carpet, I won’t even consider any other store, they really won me over.

Creative Carpet has installed most, if not all of the carpet I have in my multi-​family home in Framingham. They provide great pricing and friendly customer service.
The installation is professional and done well… if there are any issues they do whatever it takes to fix it even if they have to replace the whole carpet… they get it right.
