Creative Home Improvements, Inc. are professional handymen that offer a clean and stress free work environment. Scott and Ryan began this business after seeing a need for professional craftsmen in todays world. We pride ourselves on perfect communication through all phases of building. We are honest, straight forward, and trust worthy craftsman. C.H.I. will make you feel comfortable having us working in your home. We service the MetroWest and Greater Boston area.

Scott Z.
Business Owner
Scott has always been interested in the trades. His grandfather taught him the right way to do things since he was a young boy. Learning carpentry with hand tools used by his grandfather and great grandfather, he is a big believer in taking your time and doing this right.
There used to be a sense of pride in the trades. Owning a painting company out of college, Scott saw this sense of pride had all but gone out the window. In talking with many customers who had been duped by a hit and run contractor, Scott saw the need for a contracting service that held true to the ideals of his grandfather.
In 1999 he partnered up with a friend and fellow craftsman, Ryan, and Started Creative Home Improvements LLC. Since 1999, CHI has seen steady growth, even through a recession. This was possible because CHI prides itself on communication. Being in constant contact with our customers allows us to make sure they are happy through out all phases of construction.
