Our Massachusetts Bankruptcy attorneys have considerable experience representing Consumer and Business clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Massachusetts. On behalf of our clients we routinely negotiate and file Reaffirmation Agreements, Motions to Avoid Liens, Motions to Redeem Property, Motions for Trustee to Abandon Property, Adversary Proceedings and other Contested Matters.

Our Massachusetts Personal Injury lawyers primarily handle auto accident, aviation injury, slip & fall and dog attack cases. We have had tremendous success with our clients’ Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.), Bodily Injury, Underinsured and Uninsured auto accident claims.

Our Family law lawyers work primarily in the area of Surrogacy Law and routinely draft Surrogate, Gestational Carrier and Egg Donor Contracts.

History

Established in 2003.

Established in 2003 as an expansion of the existing legal practice of David C. Crossley, the Crossley Law Offices represents a new and unique way of approaching the practice of law. The Crossley Law Offices is a Massachusetts law firm which sets itself apart from other firms in the Boston MetroWest area by specializing in a few distinct areas of law, as opposed to your typical «full-​service» law firm which attempts to have its attorneys represent every possible type of client.

The Crossley Law Offices currently maintains specialized practice in the areas of: Bankruptcy, Personal Injury Litigation, and Family Law/​Surrogacy Law. Each of these practice areas is overseen by an experienced advocate with years of experience in handling his or her chosen specialty.

Aside from the experience of its attorneys, the other element that The Crossley Law Offices prides itself on is its dedication to making sure that its clients get the best and most efficient representation possible.

The firm’s founder, Attorney David C. Crossley has also provided legal services to Japanese law firms, and Japanese legal professionals and businesses, such as: Hitachi Co. Ltd., the Central Bank of Japan, Kanagawa University, Idemitsu Kosan Co. Ltd., and Quintiles Transnational.

He has been privileged to work as trial counsel in a variety of cases, such as representation of corporate clients in class-​action defense litigation before the state and federal courts, consulting in a multi-​million dollar securities claims against U.S. Securities brokerages and representation of clients in commercial litigation.

Prior to founding the Crossley Law Offices, Attorney Crossley worked as in-​House Counsel and supervising attorney for the 14^th largest consumer debt collection law firm in the United States where he was primarily responsible for handling the defense of complex class actions brought against the collection law firm throughout the United States. He successfully defended 100% of these.
