Edible Arrangements

I initially received an arrangement where some of the fruit was bad. I was recovering from surgery and wouldn’t have bothered, but my wife called to complain and we received a replacement the next day for free. The 2^nd arrangement was much better and I did enjoy it, even though my 12 yo daughter ate all the chocolate-​covered strawberries before I could get one.

I’ve only received two things from them… the fruit thing and the chocolate covered strawberries. Both were fresh and tasty.
I LOVE LOVE the strawberries, they are so big and yummy. My only complaint is they don’t last very long and the strawberries start to get watery. Good thing the little wrappers are nice and thick.

Excellent customer service during a call today makes this a stand-​out shop for me.
This was an extremely last-​minute order because I messed up the date of a friend’s birthday. I usually order birthday flowers direct from a local florist but they were all done delivering for the afternoon by 1:30pm, the time I realized what day it was, so I hopped online to look for options.
The Edible Arrangement website listed same-​day delivery for this shop, so I went through the process online — it displayed only the handful of arrangements that were available same-​day so I picked form those. I ordered and hit «send» and then realized I’d forgotten to note that the delivery could be left with a neighbor. So I called the shop directly. Turns out, their driver had just left for the last delivery and the website should not have taken the order.
I was about to hit my head against the wall when the shop owner (or whoever was manning the phone, I forgot to ask her name) offered to look for a comparable option from something they already had on-​hand and get in touch with the driver to come back for the pick-​up. I emphasize: she OFFERED to do this before I could even begin a complaint about the website. She didn’t sound frustrated when talking with me, though I am sure she must have felt that way, especially since what they had ready was a little nicer and pricier than what I’d ordered.
She was understanding, upbeat, and FOUND A SOLUTION. So… thank you, whoever you are. You salvaged my day and I hope will make my friend’s birthday!

Same day delivery option is great. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I called.
