Three years ago I purchased a $ 25,000 home theater /audio system from Paul’s TV and was told at that time that the system would be installed by Inner Media services
Biggest mistake I have made In years regarding installation of an appliance, pool sprinkler system, etc. I should have known when the installers show up with a «we are cooer than you» attitude. And «told me how it was all going to work. Apparently part of that included traipsing through our house with their boots on, and not even thinking of cleaning up after themselves st the end of the day.
They had no concern for making the system «user friendly». As an example they had to fly in a national manager from Michigan to change the way in which the audio in the bedroom from a four step process, to simply plugging in the head phones (how novel…)
Now I am trying to get them to get a TV to work that’s in my bedroom. Been 24 hours;et you know how this one works…
