Onnie is a complete professional. He did an amazing job restretching my old carpeting in no time! I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Mr. Woods about 3 weeks prior to needing my install date and set an appointment with an estimated price. I received an estimate for $ 250-​$ 300 to stretch the carpet in 2 bedrooms. After hearing back from 3 other carpet companies I received estimates for $ 125-​$ 175 for the same service. My wife sent a very casual email stating that we had received much lower estimates and his initial estimate seemed very high, and asked if there was any negotiation with the price. He said no, the estimate was firm and that if we wanted to cancel the appointment he had other business he could do that day. We promptly emailed him back and said while the price is high, the appointment is already set and we would like to keep it, he agreed. 4 days before our appointment, at 5:00 on a Friday, he calls and says he found other business and canceled our appointment. Thank you very much for putting us in this position Mr. Woods, I will not be recommending you in the future.
