Roger B Sturgis & Associates

I would give 0 stars if i could. My elderly mother used to use these guys until we caught on to the fact that she was being scammed by them — charged for work that was never done. (mom pays whatever bill she gets without examining it to closely). The last straw was when they accused her of not paying bills — which she had canceled checks for — again for work that was actually done.
They do have another client on the street where my mother lives. The average age of people on the street is 65 years old. The snowplow drivers have been pushing the snow behind my mothers driveway and a couple of the other neighbors. My mother has a new company to do her shoveling but they were done by the time the Sturgis people came into block my mother in. This seems like common practice for them — when I called to let them know what was happening were not concerned. The neighbors spoke to them last year and its still happening. The neighbors are up in arms and this will be reported to the police

I have used Roger Sturgis Landscaping for many things in my yard. Everyone at this company is very pleasant to work with and knows what they are doing. I have worked with many contractors over the years and I can say working with Roger, Scott, Mary Ellen and the guys has been the best contractor experinece I have ever had. I have referred them to many of my neighbors and friends and they continue to impress everyone I know. Thanks for the help Roger and team
