In 2001, Adriano Sampaio decided open a window cleaning business after working for a big window cleaning company for years… Since that time many homeowners hired Sampaio Services Company for they cleaning services as window cleaning, gutter cleaning and short notice projects.

After all these years we build respect, compromise, quality services, great relationship with customers and now we have a project to help Children and Seniors programs, We have discount for Seniors and when you hide us, you help that programs also because one part of your payment goes to those programs.

I have been using SSC for many years, but this year I asked them to clean my gutters at the last minute, before cleaning the windows. They accommodated my last minute request AND instead of putting the leaves all over the ground that I just had landscaped (and leaf cleaned), they removed the leaves, placed them in a bag and placed them in the trash. SUPERB SERVICE! Honest and nice to deal with always.

I bought an Amazon Local voucher for Sampaio. The owner of the company coordinated the appointment. For context, it is very difficult to find gutter cleaning services and several roofers declined the job. Adriano Sampaio was professional and efficient. We discussed the installation of gutter guards and he gave an excellent recommendation. We provided the gutter guards and his crew installed them for an additional fee. I know Adriano made the recommendation based on the best solution for preventing further gutter stoppages – not for the profit of his company. With the foam gutter inserts, no gutter cleaning will be needed for 3 – 5 years. And the extra charge to install the gutter foam guards was certainly not 3 – 5 cleanings. Adriano is an honest businessman. We will certainly look to hire his company for other services. In summary, a job well done!

My appointment was for 7 am, they showed up at 8 pm. I wasn’t home so they started cleaning the gutters, I asked them to leave because it was dark. They left all the debris all over yard and a gutter off the building dangling.
I did not pay, Adrian did call me the following day, he did offer to cleanup and fix the downspout, I was very upset that night, had to climb the ladder at 9:30 at night. I changed my review, initially I was too harsh.
The first time they did the Gutters I was satisfied, they removed the trash. For the price I think they are good, I hope everyone learned a lesson about service.

Terrible Services, not professional at all!
I bought the Groupon for gutter cleaning services. I was scheduled on Sat, they texted me and told me to reschedule to Friday. They did not show up on Friday. I called them again, they explained they have a lot of houses to do that they might not to able to show up on Friday and need to reschedule again.
We cancelled and requested a full refund from Groupon for this company.

I would definitely use this company again. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. I had called and mentioned seeing a Groupon deal and he told me he would honor the price, even though I did not purchase it. He scheduled us not long after our call and arrived promptly when he was he would. We are very pleased.

As far as I can tell they did a nice job cleaning the gutters. I haven’t gotten up on a ladder to verify how clean they are, but the gutter that was backing up with water is no longer clogged.
They were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, though maybe cleaning a gutter doesn’t require much knowledge. Step A — Scoop leaves and muck out of gutters, and Step B — Don’t fall off the ladder. Step B has priority :)

I had SSC clean my gutters after the noticing some significant overflow during one of the recent heavy rainstorms we’ve had in the area. I sent in a request through their website on a Wednesday night where I described the issue and number of floors and square footage of my house, and received a return email, voicemail and text message the next day detailing their availability and what they’d charge for the job. I called them back and they were able to come out and clean my gutters the next day due to a cancellation — all for a very reasonable price.
We’ve had few rainstorms since and there haven’t been any problems with the gutters. The price charged was the price quoted and you don’t pay until after you receive a report detailing any issues with the gutters and the extent of the removal job. In my case I had one completely blocked downspout and about 5 gallons of debris in the actual gutters — basically what I expected. I didn’t need to be home for the work to occur making the whole thing very easy.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a gutter cleaning service. I didn’t have them clean any windows, but given my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for that purpose.

Scheduled with them using their online system and everything went smoothly. On the date scheduled, however, it was pouring out. I received an email about mid-day informing me that they could not make it and when they would be there. Two days later my gutters and downspouts were cleaned. Will definitely use them again next year. Very reasonably priced.

Found this company through a Groupon. Booked the appointment on line. Received immediate confirmation. Communication was excellent regarding change in appointment date due to inclement weather. Adriano was always pleasant and professional. The gutter cleaning was done yesterday, and followed up with an email with the details of the work that was done. This is a tough one to call. The company owner was very nice, neat, and professional. In fact, based on these facts alone, it would be hard not to give 4 stars. HOWEVER, I feel there was a bit of «slyness» in terms of the Groupon offer. I purchased 2 hours of service, which I expected to mean 2 hours of service (silly me). When the crew started packing up to go after 1 hour, I commented to the owner that I thought it was for 2 hours. His response was that the deal was for 2 MAN hours and, since it was a 2-man crew, that meant I was only entitled to 1 hour with 2 men.
If you go into the deal understanding that distinction, the work, itself, was fine. On the other hand, was $ 79.00 for 1 hour of work really such a bargain (when he probably paid his guy minimum wage)?

I had a positive experience. I bought a coupon deal only later to find out it never went through. With Groupon, the confirms come in pretty quickly but this was a different deal. Living Social I THINK. Anyway, the confirm didn’t come through and i forgot about it. Adriano emailed me to let me know the date they were coming to clean the gutters and THAT email ended up in my spam folder. A technoligical mess all around however, to no fault of this company. When we did connect, they showed up and got the job done in little time. I explained to the worker the issue with the messed up coupon, he got on the phone with Adriano and he honored the deal even though I couldn’t produce the print out while they were here. I will defiitley use them again. I WILL be more selective on the coupon deals out there as I had an issue with a restaurant in the past too.

Well I will be the first positive review. While scheduling could have been quicker, easier /more responsive (a common theme from others) the two cleaners arrived around the time we agreed and got most of my windows done. I expected they might not get them all done, and I was fine with that. They were polite and quiet while in the house, all the windows looked great when done (no streaking or mess) and they cleaned up just fine. My guess is that folks who had cleaning done 5 months ago got caught in the onslaught of the initial Groupon sale /too many groupons purchased and difficulty in scheduling /deal with the massive Groupon volume. I have heard this from other companies who are new to Groupon and can’t handle the volume. In fact I am having that issue with a home cleaning Groupon from a small shop. Anyway, it sounds like these guys had a massive hit (so the window guys mentioned) of new clients. Lesson learned I am sure. But again, overall I was very happy with the visit /experience! I would use them again.

Okay, I had the opposite experience of the other person with a Groupon. I too got a Groupon, and I called and scheduled the work for when I wanted it done – a couple of days before my son’s wedding, so the windows would be nice for the rehearsal backyard barbecue. Andreo and his crew came yesterday. My windowsI hadn’t been cleaned in about 11 years, and living on a pond (very buggy), they were a mess. Today, they are sparkling! Moreover, the crew were very friendly, very respectful, and Jonathan took the time to find out which windows I wanted done and to explain which would be harder to do. Because I’m on a very limited budget right now (partner out of work since 2008; we’re probably going to have to sell the house), I prioritized the ones I wanted done first – but in the end, Sampaio got ALL of the ones I wanted done (storms too!) all on the Groupon deal – even though I’d indicated that I’d be willing to pay some more to get some others done. So – count them as honest and hardworking! Should I still be here (not lose my house), I’ll be calling them back. Great guys, great service!

I have been desperate to have the 58 windows on my old, colonial house in Newton cleaned for years. I found out about this company and hired them after several conversations over the phone with the owner.
They spent 8 hours here on Memorial Day and did an exceptional job as led by Jhonothan and Harry. They were extremely hard working, respectful and reliable in all ways. They did an exceptional job and went the extra mile in all ways.
their pricing was fair and I am delighted with the results!

Another Groupon failure.
I submitted my request through their website as required and they assigned my service date (convenient!) for a month later. There was an ominous note in the email stating that if I didn’t accept the date assigned, they would assign another (!!) in the distant, distant future. They also made it clear that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Great. I scheduled around them – for the date and the time.
An hour into the service window, at 2PM, they called to cancel. I’m not sure why. They mumbled something about rain and not enough teams. But didn’t they know that in the morning – that they didn’t have enough technicians and that it had been raining for days?
They also promised to call the next day and reschedule. I’ve heard nothing.
So, these are their rules: they decide the delivery date and time weeks in advance. They have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Those rules apply only to me. Not to them.
What am I paying for?
This is why small businesses fail.
