History
Established in 1982.
Bob Gilmore Sr. bought his ServiceMaster carpet cleaning franchise back in the early 70’s when the youngest of his three boys was just 11 years old. He developed his business into one of the most well respected in the area. Attention to detail was paramount to Mr. Gilmore. His young apprentices, (sons Steven, Michael and Bob Gilmore), worked after school and weekends to help their dad. They often asked why they had to be so thorough. Mr. Gilmore replied, «because it is the right thing to do.
Early on, they distinguished themselves by providing exceptional quality service and immediate response. Over the years, they developed their business into one of the largest ServiceMaster franchises in the United States. They have won numerous awards for excellence including the top honor awarded to a ServiceMaster franchise, the prestigious Marion E. Wade Award.
