The coffee comes out good sometimes, but most of the time it’s meh. I walked into the shop and the line had probably a little less than 20 people in it. I wait for about 15 minutes and the line isn’t moving. One girl is refusing to fix one lady’s order and people just had negative vibes altogether. I decided to wait another 10 minutes, the line still isn’t moving. No coffee… oh well. Cool.

this starbucks is very modorn, spacious and clean. love the space and vibe. the music wasn’t too loud and obnoxious like others. The staff are pretty young but good. definitely come back here again if out this way.

Went last week and they had no regular flat lids only the dome ones. Then they had no long straws… So the straw would disappear into the huge round lid. Who forgot to do the supply ordering?

Great coffee and food morning coffee & food this AM always busy(a good thing since it’s good) only thing I will say in negative manner is when I ordered a large and didnt say venti — the barista corrected me with a little attitude(this is why average people hate the fancy coffee spots)

This Starbucks is very easy the access from route 9 and is very busy mornings but the staff are well trained, fast and friendly. The rest rooms are remarkably clean even with the heavy customer traffic. The one thing I don’t like is that the music can be a little too loud most of the time. Ambient background music is fine but it is just overpowering here. In All the staff are very friendly, hard working and make a great cup of coffee.

Really enjoy this starbucks. Come almost every morning before work. The quality of your Starbucks experience really depends on the baristas. And this Starbucks tends to have a high turnover rate. There are some that have been here ongoing for the last two years. and when you get them you’re guaranteed a quality drink, but if you get somebody new it’s a little hit or miss. They are always fast which is key in the morning.

Not once have I had a good experience here. The first time I came all the baristas were teenaged girls and were more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than making drinks. Today I went and ordered just an iced coffee and my order(among others) was forgotten. Again, baristas seemed confused and unable to keep the line of customers flowing. Nice ambiance, lazy baristas.

I think this Starbucks is actually better than Panache across the street, and I’m usually rooting for the little guy. This spot is spacious and there’s plenty of comfy seating and they’re open SOMUCHLATER than the little guy, who always misses my business because they’re closed.

Really comfortable setting inside this Starbucks, good place to study or just to meet up with someone for a good cup of coffee. The baristas are always very nice, very informative, and will always acknowledge you! Great Starbucks.

This place is by far my favorite Starbucks. It’s located in the Whole Foods plaza on route 9 west in framingham. It’s the plaza right before Walgreens. The food and café are always fresh and delicious. The place never gets crowded either, I was in there around 6am on a Tuesday and I was in and out in no times. It is not a very big Starbucks, but there are still plenty of seats and outlets for you to sit back and relax on your laptop The staff is amazing. They are very nice and very good at their jobs. I would highly recommend going here.

As always, you don’t need my name to make me a coffee. Espresso here is typically thin and bitter. That comes typically from having the espresso drawn too fast. It’s about 50⁄50 whether it’s ok. Other Starbucks can do this better. Just my experience with this location.

So convenient that its located right next to Whole Foods. This was my early morning caffeine stop when I would teach at 7AM on Saturday mornings. It was literally the baristas and me, not a single soul elsewhere. This one is always clean, and the baristas are always very fast and friendly. Great location.

Not a bad location, usual Starbuck’s quality drinks and service. The seating is descent but this location seems to be really cramped every time I am there. The customer service was extra good.

Even though I live in Brighton, this is *my* Starbucks. I work down the road so this is where I stop for my caffeine before(and sometimes during) work. The people there are nice and friendly, most of them(at least the M-F crew) know my name and no longer write«Dasha» or «Kasha» on my cup. It’s what I imagine going to Cheers(the tv show Cheers, not the actual crap restaurant) would be like, only without beer and people loitering.

Friendliest Starbucks that I’ve been in — which is really saying something! Called me by my first name. Personal touch goes a long way with me.

I’m not sure what the previous reviewer was on about but I’m using free wi-fi at the same Starbucks, no setup required, right now. I found the service to be friendly(if a tad slow). They need to sweep up and wipe down the tables more often. But overall I can’t complain. Same yummy food and drinks as any Starbucks!

I thought that I was pretty up with technology and believed that FREE Wi-Fi still existed. Apparently that is not true here at Starbucks. I needed to get a few things done while on my lunch break and decided to come to the closest Starbucks location to my office. As I am purchasing my stuff I ask the snaggle-toothed cashier if they still offer Wi-Fi at this location. Yes, but you have to have a Starbucks card($ 5.00), sign-up for an account, then you’ll be re-directed to an AT&T sign to set up another account so you can use the Wi-Fi in-store. Holy Crap! I really had to get some work done and I had no choice. It took me about 5 – 8 minutes to get everything set up, what a waste of time and money! And the worst part is that you’re only limited to 2-hour of usage. I am not sure yet if that will expire two hours from now or I’ll have two hours of prepaid time. We’ll find out. Ugh, and I was hoping my break would be free of pain.
