The Endodontic Group

Went to this office for my first root canal ever earlier this year. Staff was very courteous when I went In for a consult. Dr. Carp explained what was going on with my tooth and gave me options on whether to do the root canal or not and what to expect. I proceeded with the root canal and it was a great experience. They booked me within days and in one visit my root canal was done. The procedure was much easier than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and comfortable I was for the entire procedure. Very happy with my experience at endo group, and I highly recommend this office. Hoping I won’t be needing any more root canals but if I do then I’m only coming here.

I have only been here twice in my life, once recently. I know I have one and I suspect several appointments in my near future. No one likes to have a root canal, and I am certainly of that feeling. Yet, I had sudden pain, my dentist referred me and I was in their chair having the pain being alleviated in two hours time of the referral. That is pretty good service. I was there for little more than an hour and left feeling no pain and no after effects. The office was comfortable given the context and the people were professional. It was not a ton of fun, but I really can’t imagine them making it any easier or more accessible. It is what you want if you are in that situation, efficiency, professionalism and competence.

Terrible place — office is greedy and doctor’s aren’t competent to do everything –you get referred to another dentist and then need to pay consultation at both places.

I went here a long time ago to have a root canal done. They did it however — the screwed up multiple times. The first time I went there they had 3 separate doctors do the root canal over the course of multiple hours and multiple syringes of Novocain. Second time after it wasn’t done right the first time they put me through hell again to fix it meanwhile charge me and the insurance company twice (or at least for more work). Third time in issue still not solved so they went in for round three at least this time they didn’t triple bill.
Fast forward to that summer — I went to Ukraine tooth was still killing me and went to a dentist in some random Ukrainian village where she took an xray of my whole entire head and said «oh there is your problem you have another tooth growing there which is pushing on this one. PROBLEM SOLVED no need for the root canal in the first place.
Fast forward another couple years — I find out I have an infection at the root of the tooth that the root canal was done. My dentist sends me back to these jokers — they charge my insurance $ 167 to look at the tooth and tell me it should be pulled. While I was at this appointment Dr. Carp kept leaving to say he was going to look at «paperwork» or «X-​rays» and I clearly saw a very frustrated and pacing Dr. Nagel (the younger one), which followed Dr. Carp into every room that he entered. Not obvious at all.
All I want at this point is them to admit they were wrong and pay for me to get an implant for the tooth I am loosing because of their incompetence. It’s $ 5,000 it wont break their bank.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! The office is there not because they care but because they want to syphon money from your pocket.
