Will is a consummate professional who went above and beyond to make sure I sold my house.
I was actually away from my condo during most of the selling process as I’d already moved across the country to California. Nevertheless, everything went as smoothly as it could with the condo sale.
Will is honest, informative, and clear on what the steps are that are required when it comes to a home sale. When we set the price, Will helped me walk through the current market situation and helped me arrive at my own price given how quickly I’d like my home to have an offer. It was a very easy process and a lot less stressful than I imagined it to be.
Will has also rescued me from certain random situations — like that one time I locked myself out of my condo. He was also there for certain inspections where I could not be present.
