Very disappointing. Sold their «service» repeatedly when bidding the contract. Craftsmanship was awful. Built a door threshold out of aluminum capping, but supported it with nothing behind. Looked great… until you stepped on it once. Acknowledged the poor installation and promised to fix it, but stopped returning phone calls. Didn’t even send the tax credit paperwork, leaving me to doubt whether it was even eligible. Other options out there… NOT THIS ONE!
