History

Established in 2004.

Prior to becoming a sole practitioner, I worked for CPA firms and two corporate positions as in house counsel. My experience and background is positive in my counseling of small businesses, individuals and business owners.

Business Owner

Demetrius J. Karos is a sole practitioner in the Frankfort law firm of Demetrius J. Karos, Ltd. Mr. Karos also has an office located in Naperville, Illinois.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana University, his Masters of Science in Taxation from De Paul University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Karos regularly speaks on the subjects of taxes and estate planning.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant admitted to practice in all Illinois courts as well as the United States Tax Court. He serves on the boards of several local charities and associations in the Chicago area.
