Our company specializes in customized foundations for new construction or additions. We also provide flat work, including decorative concrete such as stamped and stained concrete for driveways and patios. Services include retaining walls, basement and garage floors, footings, pads for hot tubs & sheds, walkways, sidewalks and curbs. We are able to break-​out, remove & replace existing concrete and provide haul-​away of debris.

History

Established in 2010.

Our family owned and operated business employs over 15 workers utilizing modern machinery such as boom trucks, aluminum forms with the capability of any foundation wall height, and a variety of equipment to service any type of job. We believe that a reputation of being an honest and reliable business is the key building block to success. By being a trustworthy company, we continue to enjoy a long term business relationship within our community.

Business Owner

Ed Franczyk has been in the concrete business his whole life. He worked for & then operated his father’s business and subsequently made the decision as his father retired to start a business of his own. Ed maintains positive working relationships with business owners, builders & contractors all over the south side of Chicago. These relationships have been the building blocks to Ed’s success.
