Frankfort Smile Design

I switched to Frankfort Smile Design when my previous dentist became so hard to schedule, even when I had a temporary crown. Couldn’t be more happy about the switch! My appointments have always been on time, and they were able to see me right away when I had a small emergency. The staff is very friendly, the equipment is current, and I like having the televisions above the chairs (a little distraction can’t hurt!)

Have you ever been to a doctor or dentist’s office that runs ON TIME? I have now. This place runs efficiently and friendly. It’s clean and they take good care of their people. The dentist is my least favorite place to go, so I will find any excuse not to go. I actually feel comfortable so I will be back. Also, it was my 3 year old’s first time visit to a dentist. They took the time to set her at ease and work at her pace. Thank you

Used to be a great place but has severely changed. Hygienist was terrible cleaning my teeth. I told her the power tool she was using felt like it was burning and shot pains through me. I guess me jumping wasn’t a clue to her! She said «maybe the tool was going bad». I asked her to use something different. She said she was done. Next she gave me the «sandblasting» cleaning which I’ve had find before. She doesn’t know how to use it, or just had a bad aim. She blasted the heck out of my cheeks, tongue and other places with more pain. (I’d love a chance to use it on her and have her see what it feels like! No I’m sorry of any other comments from her! Next she tells me the Dr. Would be right in. After 25 minutes of waiting with no other communications, I walked out.
If I would have received a phone call or something from them explaining what happened or apologizing I would have considered giving them another chance. I guess they figure treating clients like this and having them walk out is normal.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not have anyone else in my family return.

I have been a patient here since they have opened! My husband and son too. Any parent knows having a child in for any procedure is stressful. The staff and Doctors did everything possible to make sure I was at ease! As far as my son, he feels like a king here, watching some TV, chatting with all the girls, getting a gift out of the bin… it’s wonderful.
As far as the service, always with a SMILE! I wouldn’t go to another dentist!

I love Dr Schumacher she’s the best’!!! Her staff is so friendly and even for people like myself who are terrified of dentists this place is so highly recommended by me! I have been looking for a place to go for so long and I finally feel like I found ‘my place’. Please try them if you’re looking to get any dental work done. You will be happy!
Also if you have those little white spots from braces she can fix them! It’s amazing and she’s so easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. Bring the whole family they will love it here!

My entire family sees Dr. Schumacher and her staff. They take excellent care of us. My girls actually LOVE going to the dentist! Flat screens and a treasure box helps! Dr. Schumacher, Ellen, Brittany, Stacy, Julie and Therese are very friendly and really good at what they do. They always have the newest technology so we know they do their research and we are getting the best possible care.

Love all the workers, dentists and orthodontist at Frankfort Smile Design! My daughter had a major accident when we were out of town. I called our dentist after hours and she was such a great help. She referred me to a trauma dentist in the town we were in who could see my daughter until we got home from our trip. It’s great to have a practice that will go out of their way to help a patient in a time of need.

Let’s be real for a second. Nobody, nobody enjoys going to the dentist. I thought that was true until I started going to Frankfort Smile Design about 4 years ago. Dr Schumacher and her staff are the best, always ensuring you are as comfortable as possible… from cushy seats, flat screens all up in your face, and enough topical to make you want to be a shrimp boat captain like dear olé Bubba Gump.
Besides all that, the inside of this office is not your usual expectations of what a dentist office should be. It’s very chic and modern with high tech equipment. It’s just an overall inviting atmosphere.
