Driving from Chicago, we developed a squeal in the left front brake. In spite of them being swamped (around 5:00pm on a weekday) we got a diagnosis within an hour. It was a rusted dust shield rubbing against the rotor. Best of all; NO CHARGE! If this happened in Chicago, we’d be happy to get hit up for «only» $ 80 or so.
Maybe Mr. Mike Lyons (store manager) has changed things around since the previous bad reviews. Anyway, a big thanks to him and his staff for their integrity.

After blowing out two tires on the highway, AAA sent me to this little hell hole. I have been waiting around for two tires going on seven hours now. I still have to drive to Chicago once they fix it (6 more hours). Very slow, not bright people.

Way too slow: 3 hours 15 minutes to change the oil on my car. They didn’t have all the stuff they needed to do it. The guy up front was very apologetic but it was innaceptable. Perhaps it was only z bad day for them but I’m not coming back…
