Great service. Coffee was fresh and breakfast sandwich was fresh too. And made to order. I needed to wait for some work to be done on my car near by and must have sat in this D&D for an hour and a half, it was raining and nasty out. I only had 1 sandwich and a couple cups of coffee. No one asked me to leave the entire time I sat there on my laptop, sipping coffee.

The staff is the best. They work fast as possible and they don’t mess up your orders. I go here at least 3 to 4 times s week. They know what I want every time I go there now!

I love this Dunk’s because the same family has run it for as long as I can remember. The service is always super friendly & they almost never run out of stock. Even if I’m running errands & the Franklin Park DD is out of my way, I’ll still stop there because it’s the best.

My favorite Dunkin Donuts by far. The staff has watched me grow up for years and they’re so friendly and outgoing. Fast paced and when it gets busy they manage to get the line moving quickly and efficiently. Great fresh coffee, standard DD donuts and wonderful staff.

I frequent this place and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. The place is packed especially during week day mornings. Can’t resist a cup of freshly brewed coffee from DD.

My favorite Dunkin Donuts, luckily it’s on my way to work. I have been going here for years and always have a positive experience. The staff is great — really friendly and once they get to know you, half the time you don’t even have to tell them your order as they remember. It can get busy in the mornings and lines develop between 8:30 — 9:15 however I have to say the lines generally move quick. The only drawback is one that another reviewer mentioned, depending on who does your coffee the milk and sugar can vary though it’s never so bad as to make the coffee undrinkable. Since I switched to Splenda that is less of a problem though. Everyone that works here seems happy as well and they joke with one another, that’s a nice way to start off the morning.

The most consistent DD in our area. I’ve traveled extensively throughout Middlesex County and Mercer County and have had coffee at 80% of the DD’s located in these areas. I always know when I go to the Franklin Park location they are going to serve it exactly the same every time… perfect.

I’m usually in the store at around 840 am and its not too crowded. The longest i had to wait was about 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. Staff is really fast and friendly. My only complaint is that the amount of cream and sugar in my coffee is pretty inconsistent but never undrinkable.

Service: Honestly: very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately this store can barely keep up with demand. If I go there in the morning(usually to get my daughter to eat *something* for breakfast) its a minimum 20 minute trip(and I live less than a mile from the store.) The line is always very long. Even though they have 4 – 5 efficient people behind the counter, they cannot keep up with demand. Today it took me about 10 minutes to traverse the line. If you order a hot sandwich or a toasted bagel you will get stuck in the queue and it will take you 15 – 20 minutes to get out of there. Seriously, you could go to a diner and get a hot breakfast at the counter in less time. Beverages: The Coffee is consistently good and fresh. I tried the hot chocolate(my daughter always gets it) and it is pretty good. I don’t drink(and cannot vouch for) the Tropicana Coolattas, Iced Lattes, Iced Coffee, Turbo, Latte Lite, etc. The smoothies are OK(but overpriced IMHO). Get a small one. The bigger ones are huge! The small is 16 oz. They claim they are«healthy» but they do contain 360 calories and 69g of sugar… Food: Bagels: Skip it. They are not very good… its easy to find a great bagel in NJ and this isn’t one of them. If you go this route, get it toasted. Cookies: Why? Its not«Dunkin Cookies» for a reason. Is it a breakfast food? A snack? Croissant: OK. More«bready» than a real croissant(which should have so much butter in it that it leaves a big greasy mark on a napkin.) Egg Sandwiches: For a an egg that comes in plastic bag that gets nuked, these are really good. Go Bacon/Egg/Cheese on the Croissant. The fat in the Egg and Cheese kick the mediocre croissant up a couple of notches. Donuts: Good/Great. You cannot go wrong here, and this store keeps its inventory fresh. My daughter’s favorites are chocolate frosted, marble frosted, or strawberry frosted. I’m a plain donut(sinker) guy. Great hangover cure with a cup of joe. Muffin: Just«OK» IMHO. I’ve tried the corn and the blueberry. Munchkins: Good. My favorite is the blueberry(a health food with the antioxidants? I think not.) Always skip the«marbled cake». Too dense. Two of those crumbled up could clean an oil spill. Complaints:
