Jason’s Tire Shop & Automotive

I’m not sure how they are as mechanics, but as a tire shop, they’re great.
I had a slow leak in my tire and stepped out from work to bring it to them. Plus it was a Friday the 13^th so it was almost mandatory that I bring it to a place called «Jason.» Anyway, I explained my situation to the girl at the desk. I work at a local high school and I was on my free period so I had to be back in about forty minutes. She was extremely friendly and told me that she would check and see if they could do it for me. Sure enough, they were able to. I was afraid that I might get the «you need four new tires» speech, but it turned out that they just had to seal the rim which was a $ 20 job. That’s more than fair for such prompt service. I left the place about twenty minutes later. I even had time to stop for coffee on my way back to work.
Best of all, they fixed the problem. There aren’t too many bad things I can say about that. As I said, I’m rating them as a tire shop. If you’re in the area and need a job done on your tires, these guys will do it.

Meh. They don’t really take the time to get down to the root of a car problem. They just slap together a quick fix and keep moving. Not what I consider a quality mechanic but they’re not terrible, just ok.
