Established in 2001.

We started as a mechanical shop offering a variety of services in 2001. With all the up and cumming realestate sales at the time we were forced to relocate and doing so pretty much dismantelled our team. So I decided to make a change and just focus on Towing & Roadside Assistance. We are family owned and opperated, and take pride in the fact that we help people. We do not do illeagal parking removal, or chase behind police cars for accidents!

Was told 45 mins and have been waiting over an hour and a half — I’ve tried to call the number back a few times and now I am getting an error message.
Highly confused what is going on. Terrible experience.

These guys were the most profession towing company I ever dealt with. I was locked out of my vehicle in an off site parking lot due to the parking lot company leaving a light on and killing my battery and then leaving me high and dry. After trouble shooting briefly on the phone, they sent out their locksmith. The guy (I apologize as I didn’t catch his name) was the most professional person I’ve dealt with. After traveling for a week and a four hour flight it was the last thing I wanted to deal with and he made it very easy. He was able to get into my vehicle (which is a BMW and known to be difficult) and got me on the road quickly. He even gave me a jump. If you are ever in need, these guys are the best. Thanks for helping me out of a jam. Hopefully I don’t need your service again but if I do, you are the ones I will call.

Called for a tow to move my truck from my street to my garage. Rapid response told me an hour but arrived in way less than that. Bobby was extremely helpful and honest with what to do with my broken down truck. We eventually got the truck in and I’m extremely pleased with the work. I highly recommend this towing service

Awesome company that lives up to its name! I got a flat tire in the middle of a snow storm no jack or tire iron, only a spare. Called a bunch of companies but no luck. I call Rapid Response they answer on the second ring and say they’ll have someone out to me in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later they show up. Quick 15 minute fix and $ 75 later I’m back on the road. I would definitely recommend to friends in the area.

If you actually get to reading this, look no further. Bob managed to make a potentially catastrophic day much better. This is one of the biggest floods we’ve had in a very long time. I called O’Hare towing and a couple other big ones but had no luck. Bob picked up right away and said he would be there in 15 minutes… He was there in 10, who does that. He drove into 6 inches of water risking his own equipment, & then only charged me $ 75 for the deal.
I have a couple old cars that break a lot, he’ll be the first place I go when I get the opportunity. Thanks a ton.

Great service and fair price ($ 85 hook up +$ 3.50 a mile)!. Bobby will go out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of. My car got stuck in the middle of traffic in the city and he was there within half an hour to take me back to the suburbs. He dropped me off at my house then took my car to a lot. The fee was only $ 20 for overnight storage. Will definitely use his services again!

The name says it all! «Rapid» My car broke down, I had my 3yr old twins in the car, hungry and tired. My husband was working so I looked up a number for a tow truck and decided to try them because of the name… lol I know it sounds funny but at the time I just though «I need to get home asap». That is exactly what I got! Along with great service and a reasonable price.

July 20th one of the hottest days of this summer my little puck puck gave out at 5:30 pm during rush hour, I thought I was going to be there for hours. I called a well know towing company they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I googled Rapid Response towing and within 23 minutes he was at my location! He had me sit in the air conditioning while he loaded the truck and in minutes I was on my way home. And let me tell you i did NOT get ripped off and knowing how desperate I was to get towed he sure could have. Anyway, I completely recommend this towing company. I used him two other times since before I sold my puck puck and I received the same great service. Thank you Rapid Response Towing!

Firstly this was one of the only companies willing to tow a motorcycle. They showed up with wrecker and a trailer. Service was great and their rates were really reasonable.

After car trouble, I was attempting to drive my car to the mechanic and it died on the way there on Labor Day. The truck came within 20 minutes, took 30 seconds to load the car onto the truck, and we drove the 4.5 miles to my mechanic. The driver was so friendly and helpful, and they charged $ 89.00 ($ 75 hook up fee, $ 3.50 a mile). I am glad they sorted me out quickly, and painlessly, AND they took Visa! Thanks guys!

What can I say, when my gfs car broke down on us, I was worried I wasn’t gonna be able to find a tower around my area at 330am. At this moment my gf started to panic, I started calling friends but none of them were able to help me out, i googled tow companies and went through the list. most of them said they were busy or i had to wait an hour. I called the rapid response and the person who attended me was very friendly, he assured me that he was gonna be in my area in half hour. 20 mins later fly by and he came to tow my gfs car, i was surprised at how fast he got there and the honest price. I wouldnt mind giving my business again to rapid response, they live by their name and they take care of good people, I was at ease at how he took care of the situation.
