John A. Ardito A.

Business Owner

John has been litigating personal injury, medical malpractice and civil cases for over 20 years. He has handled all aspects of numerous and diverse civil and commercial litigation matters. Most recently, he successfully represented a physician in a Commercial Business Tort action against two prominent health care institutions attempting to illegally restrict the physician’s privileges to practice his medical specialty.

John A. Ardito received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center & his Bachelor of Business Administration from Adelphi University. He is a member of the NYS & Nassau County Bar Associations, NYS Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the Franklin Square Chamber of Commerce.
