Never going back to this Dunkin donuts ever again. I always receive terrible service and even lower quality food/drinks. The managers are rude and do not cater to the customers.

So slow! They have 1 person working at night, so once someone in line orders any food item, you can expect to be waiting for a cup of coffee for over 10minutes. This is insanity– whoever runs this Dunkin needs to stop being so cheap and have more staff at night.

Bathroom is for patrons only. This is the only location that does this. Not consumer friendly :(

Just stopped in for a quick pick me up. I got the new Oreo iced coffee and it was really good :) there was tons of chocolate syrup at the bottom and really had a hint of Oreo taste. It was $ 3.14 for a medium which I think is fair. The service was great and it was ready within less than a minute. The young workers were very sweet and really efficient. They really knew how to do their job. One downsize was that they couldn’t make a strawberry coolata on a 89 degrees day. I was skeptical on the mango coolata but I tried it and it was fantastic. I’m not even a fan of mangos! Had a great experience and will certainly go back.

This is a nice little location for a Dunkin Donuts. The next location is not too far from here. This location is small and has very few parking spots so morning rushes may not be ideal. Everything I wanted to order was ready for me and the staff was polite. Overall, this is a great place for a DD if you just want to run in and grab a coffee and a donut at random times, day or night.

Terrible customer service. Went this morning the girl working the counter was rude rude rude! After I got my latte I asked the gentleman if he could pour the drink from there cup into my dunkin donuts mug he was about to do it and the girl at the cashier came and yelled NO you can’t Do that and yelled at him and gave us a dirty look. He said sorry to us! No reason to be rude and nasty. I don’t see what the problem was with pouring it since it was a dunkin donuts mug after all. There’s so many other locations no need to come back here and made to feel so stupid

I went here with my daughter for a quick breakfast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, two hash browns, a bottle of juice and two donuts. I was supposed to receive $ 1.18 back. The cashier automatically put my change in the tip jar!!! I know its only $ 1.18 but who the hell does that? When I asked for it back, she gave me the dirtiest look.

waited in line forever. There was just two ppl in line when I came in and the line was growing. They had only one guy there by himself making sandwiches and taking orders. After waiting so long I just walked out, so much for that glazed donut right before work, sigh…

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts EVER. I have been to others and keep coming back here. They are friendly and clean. Their flavored coffees have flavor. At other Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood, the iced coffee tastes old and they never use enough flavor… But not here. Always good!

Sonya is a rude and crass manager with terrible customer care. She lacks leadership skills and drives customers away from this establishment. My sister and I stopped in this morning to purchase six gift cards for Father’s Day. I selected six cards from the gift card turnstile and purchased them from Krystal R who was polite and courteous throughout our transaction. My sister and I sat at a table enjoying my Oreo coffee coolata and her French vanilla iced coffee while placing our gift cards into envelopes for our loved ones. While doing this, my sister realized one of the activation codes was already scratched off. We approached the manager, Sonya, who denied selling that specific gift card in her store. We insisted we had purchased it moments earlier and provided her with the corresponding receipt. After much insistence she agreed to look at the receipt — not without accusing us of «tricking her» and insisting she must pull security camera footage. Krystal asserted that we had just made the purchase from her and still Sonya treated us as criminals. When all was said and done Sonya insisted that she could do nothing, that they do not sell that specific gift card in the store, and that we were out of luck. From a business management perspective, there is a clear lack of item inventory, consistent policy(the cashier must hand the gift card to the customer — said Sonya — and yet the gift cards sit in front of the cash register), and an extremely poor attitude. I will not be visiting this establishment again, I have never been treated in such a deplorable manner.

There’s no attached Baskin Robbins, but a large sign along 24 beckons you in for faux seasonal goodies(fo’ free wit’ a coupon). The folks behind the counter accepted my coupon right away, and didn’t charge tax, so that helped compared to their counterparts. That being said, a truly free apple ‘n’ spice donut wasn’t bad considering that it’s just an overly powdery rebranding of an apple-filled donut with nonexistent/bland ‘spice’. This DD boasts a nice seating area and a tolerable restroom tolerable, but I still got a sidelong glance from employees, despite their reimbursement from corporate(perhaps due to the odd hour for a to-stay).
