I love this place. I have been coming her for about a year and am always satisfied. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also, make sure you come in knowing what you want. The prices are very reasonable and the owner is very nice once you get to know her.

I don’t know why this place have 4 stars. Don’t bother yourself going there without an appointment. Owner is very rude. Place was empty and she send away at least 5 walk in costumers. I know, short stuff but hire somebody.
She did my UV Gel manicure. Really fast and what happened? I’m not happy at all. My nails are not even, she painted my skin, on some of them I’m missing color.
I was hoping to find new place in neighborhood but this one is definitely not the one. My first and last time here.

I booked three mani pedis at 6 pm. Thought I’d try this place. We walk in one girl doing manicures one doing pedicures. That’s it. They rushed, used low end products my fingers felt like sand paper after my manicure. the owner said its my skin I said no can I have some hand cream she goes on to explain her clients don’t like cream on their hands so she doesn’t use it. Ridiculous. Worst manicure I ever had. The girl who did my pedicure was on the phone the entire time. My feet are now dry and rough after my pedicure. That never happened to me before. The worst part, when I gave the owner my debit card she tried to charge me more. I told her the price she quoted me and she said you don’t have cash? I said no she said well then I charge you more because we have to pay when people use a card. I said absolutely not. That never happened to me before either. Needless to say I’m never going there again.

I don’t understand how this place has 4 out of 5 stars. I’m new to the area and stopped in for a regular manicure: the owner was so rude! The girl that did my nails did not speak one word of English nor did she have any experience In nails judging by how she was handling the tools. I felt bad and didn’t want to hurt her feelings so I let her finish. When it got to the polish I couldn’t hold back anymore. Could not believe on how a horrible job she did. A four year old could have done a better job. It was so streaky, clumpy, she painted over my cuticles and on my skin. That’s when I stopped her and made a complaint to her coworker on how awful my service was. She removed the horrible polish job and redid it. The owner never came up to me to apologize or see if I was happy with it. Never will I ever walk into thIs place again. Can’t believe the lack of customer service.

First time trying this place out. It was dirty and the «owner» had a nasty attitude. I asked her if she was the owner and she flat out lied about it but another girl there confirmed she was the owner. She needs to learn some customer service. Hard to believe she’s still in business. I can deal with the attitude if she did a good job but she did an awful job on my French Mani. Clumpy. Not happy and I def will not be back!

Unfortunately, not much to say. I made an appointment prior to my vacation for a Sunday, end of September. I waited over an hour and no one showed up to open the salon. I continued to call through the morning, but no answer. I was never contacted by anyone to say they were going to be closed, or even after, to reschedule. So they lost a very good customer.

Just left the shop. Disappointed unfortunately it was my first time going and I didn’t know who to go with. I had kelly which I assume is the owner she was very unpleasant if I asked her a question or told her I wanted it a certain way she snapped at me. She did a pedicure I could have done better myself and the tips she did on me were average. Next to me I saw a girl getting her nails done and looked fabulous. So as I left I asked for her name which was Elaine I will def go back and go only to her. Seeing her do nails I want to go back for her. Kelly was lucky I even gave her a decent tip.

I’ve been to I love my nails on about three occasion the first time a guy did mmy pedicure and manicure a d he was amazing!!. Took his time, made sure to really scrub my feet and was just overall extremely careful with making sure my nails came out perfect. The other two times I visited the shop, the owner did my nails in which I felt she was a bit pushy and rushed me. She seemed distracted by other things and was even playing poker at the same time. Other than that experience this salon is great for gel manicure and pedicures.

This place has horrible customer service. They are beyond rude and overpriced. Elaine was rude on the phone and her mom is pushy. It was very difficult to get an appointment with Elaine bc she’s apparently the only one that can do trendy nails. I showed her mom a picture of what I wanted and it came out nothing like the picture. She made every excuse as to why she couldn’t do it like the picture. I was not happy with the final result and ended up filing them when I went home. Worst experience with a Nail salon ever! They treat new customers like garbage.

I have gone a few times and I have always gotten a gel manicure that never lasted more than a week. The younger Asian girl is very good with designs… she could design anything you desire. For a basic manicure it is perfect place. to look at what their work you could look at their Instagram which is lovemynailsz.

I have nothing bad to say! I love Elaine and her mom! And the designs they do are better than I’ve seen and years!
Pedicures? Be prepared to be walking on clouds when you’re done!
And you never spend the whole day in there. These ladies work quickly and efficiently. Theirs work is never rushed! My nail designs last forever. I’m there every other week.

Thank you Unilocal for helping me find me new nail salon. I have tiny fingers that techs I guess are usually scared to work with and I end up with cut cuticles or just unsatisfied. Period. But here! Elaine gave me a filling and re-​shaped my nails the right way! I will be back! The 25 min drive is worth it!

Usually I do not review my nail and hair secrets.(I’m a bit selfish) lol. However I decided too after seeing the false reviews posted. I’ve been going to Elaine for months now and I’m very pleased. I left from an Overated salon down the block whom was unprofessional and started over booking appointments and rush jobs. I’m very pleased with her work. She makes me feel very comfortable and very honest. I’ve NEVER been to any nail tech that I can literally close my eyes say «surprise me» and ta-​da and amazing job! One thing i can say she is really involved with her customers and VERY honest. She knoes her customers. Also ive never seen a nail salon as clean as this one. I’m Sold as a loyal customer. Thank you Elaine and Kelly. You two are an amazing Duo.

I never used to care about doing my nails. I went one day with a friend to get a simple design for a special occasion and I was hooked right away just after my first time.. Even a simple design looked so beautiful and my tips looked so good and lasted longer than most other girls tell me theirs do…
I love that they make you feel really comfortable during the time they work on your nails. And they make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I always feel great after leaving. And have a new appreciation for getting my nails done. Simple or funky or trendy designs, they can do it all!

First off, the owners who are mother & daughter are the best! I walked in the salon on a Wednesday after 5 & there was no one there which i love because when I come to a nail salon I come to RELAX, & that is there main goal there. Elaine who regularly does my nails is one of the best, & my nails always last 2+ weeks! (I get acrylics with gel coating.) Although they’re salon is fairly new (6 months old) this is truly a hidden gem. Their prices are also super reasonable for they’re great work. Elaine & Kelly are a great team & are so nice to the children who come which I love because sometimes I have to bring my young son with me. Elaine is super accommodating to her clients with appointments which I also love! Also checkout her Instagram, great ideas for designs on there!
