I learned my lesson the hard way with «CRU». I used them to clean my carpets and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. My wife was home when they came and was too afraid to say anything because the guys seemed intimidating. When I returned, the carpets were in an even worse condition than before. When I returned, I was upset and called them a gentleman by the name of Eric Smith who claimed to be the owner answered the call and was extremely arrogant. Almost like a tough guy.
Upon doing some hard research on them as well as asking around about this Eric Smith who is the owner, I was shocked! I learned the owner is actually a convict. Not only that, but he was recently thrown in jail for selling drugs! Proof:
I WAS SHOCKED AGAIN! It all made sense to me at that point. Stay far away as possible from this crook!
