So good! I love Peruvian food especially the green sauce. Though the place is small but I love the feeling I finding an awesome place in what most people may think is shabby. The quality of food was great taste and you really got a great amount. The price is justified ! Will be going back — glad it’s close !

Best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had and great prices. Love their ceviche too!!. Great… Food I recommend to everyone.

very authentic Peruvian food in a small space with just 6 tables and a TV (soccer of course). ceviche mixto was quite good, goes well with tostones and of course with Inka Cola. i don’t generally drink soda but Inka Cola is like crack and I can’t resist getting a hit once in awhile. delicious well seasoned and marinated rotisserie chicken. they have all the Peruvian standards, a fairly large menu with ok prices: rotisserie chicken (which looks irresistable on the rotisserie visible through the small window through which one can see activities in the kitchen), chifa (Peruvian chinese food), papas a la huancaina, leche de tigre, etc. no desserts though. free delivery with an order of at least $ 10 or $ 15 depending on where you live. they have a small parking lot behind the building. the place is small but clean, good friendly service.

don carlos is the newest face of the perpetually changing little hole in the wall on the corner of somerset st./rt 27 and main st. this is their second location in the area.
the rotisserie chicken is really juicy, and the flavor of the herbs has been perfectly infused into the meat. love it. i wish their chicken had like 5 layers of skin because that’s my favorite part.
i haven’t tried the other menu items yet, but now that they are accepting credit cards, i will hopefully drop by more often. yum.
