This is such a shame. I love this place, and the owner literally does the best eyebrows in town, I know from experience. However, she is NEVER open. After being on vacation for three months, she still opens late, and closes unexpectedly. There is always a sign that says open, but the door is always locked! It’s ridiculous. I live over 5 miles away so needless to say, this is an inconvenience. As a business owner, her business hours should remain consistent. I’ve heard complaints like this from my friends as well. She charges a little bit more for her eyebrow threading than Chetna or Tahira, and it’s totally worth it on the days she decides to show up. I wish I didn’t have to give such a low rating but it truly is annoying.

I wish I could give this more stars, because the owner is nice and it is nice to have the same person threading/​waxing you every time you go… but this gets 2 stars because it is never open! The last 3 or 4 times I have gone there during the posted business hours, the salon was closed. It’s a good thing that I live around the corner and do not have to travel far because then it would get 1 star. It’s a shame because she does an awesome job threading my eyebrows.
