Advanced Health and Wellness Chiropractic

It’s hard to know where to start in writing this review. Prior to beginning my treatment program with Advanced Health and Wellness Chiropractic in Cool Springs I was experiencing neck pain most of my waking hours due to a herniated disk issue I have had for several years. For the past 2 years until December of 2015 I was receiving 1 adjustment each week from a local chiropractic franchise. I was feeling better after each weekly adjustment but in between my appointments I would still have daily pain though it did give me some temporary relief.
I realized that I was feeling better, but not getting better. At the end of December 2015 I met Dr. Morgan at a Williamson County Chamber of Commerce event. I told him about my situation and what I was experiencing. He conveyed to me that his approach in helping people with similar conditions
required more than chiropractic adjustments so I scheduled and went in for a consultation. At that point I decided to begin a customized comprehensive program with a combination of exercises, physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I felt some relief within 2 weeks. After about 4 months of treatment I now go 3 – 4 weeks at a time with no pain and I am on a maintenance program going in once each month for an adjustment and physical therapy. I do about 10 minutes of daily exercises to maintain good posture and muscular support for my neck and am have felt dramatic relief and freedom from pain. Thanks Dr. Morgan and staff. Dr. Travis and his team are introducing wellness to the health care industry. The program here is second to none. And, it is a program. Four weeks now and I feel 50% better already!
Friendly staff is an understatement. These people care about how I feel, every time I walk into the office. I am anti Chiropractor… This is certainly more than that! Exercises, decompression, massage, injections, adjustments and more.
