Beware of this Firm.
Two years ago I retained Jack Zajac C.P.A to prepare my taxes with a check for $ 500, he estimated I owed the state $ 5,100 as I filed the return, trying to make a payment arrangement, while losing my drivers license, having my bank accounts seized, losing my job, only to find I didn’t owe the state any money, and that I was a victim of malpractice and incompetence, after weeks of calling Jack in between fishing trips in the Bahamas and Cancun, south America, the Azores and the Island of Fuji, all of which has no cell phone or email capabilities, this man has no passion for his work or time for his clients.
I now use a Reputable Tax attorney, and after years of torture my life is back on track and I never owed the DOR $ 5,100. not ever, as my return was not done correctly, and as far as his managing partners, Kevin & Al, don’t think they’re going pick up the slack or be helpful while Jacks off fishing.
After 6 months of pure torture and thousands of dollars, They finally fixed my return
and admittedly corrected their Mistake. After being forced too.
