I’ve finally found a shop that I trust! I’ve been taking my three vehicles, a Honda Pilot, Chevy Impala and old Mercury Cougar to AutoFix for about 9 months. Each time I’ve encountered excellent service with fair prices. I’ve taken the cars there for routine maintenance as well as more complicated repairs. Branch and his staff are personable and always willing to answer all my questions. And I think I ask a lot of questions! Branch stays in contact and ensures that I’m updated about the process and the cost of the repairs. I highly recommend AutoFix!

After several disappointing visits at a dealership, I went in search of a local place in hopes of an honest opinion. No one likes dealing with vehicle maintenance or issues, but if you have them, this is the place to go. AutoFix puts an impressive focus on customer service and I’ve been in awe of how nicely I’ve been treated each time I’ve visited. They’ve even worked me in last minute for «emergency» issues. I cannot say enough good things about Branch, Rick, and Luis. They are incredibly professional, do excellent work, and also follow-​up after the work is completed to ensure satisfaction. They’ve got a complimentary shuttle if your car needs to stay, or you can take out a sweet rental (luxury convertible, etc) from Thomas through Stokes, their onsite partner. AutoFix is doing things right and it shows. I won’t go anywhere else.

Don’t even think about going anywhere else. Branch and his crew will take great care of you and go above and beyond. They are the only people I trust with my car. They are honest and the prices are fair.

There are three things in life I hate doing business with… Insurance Companies, Banks, and Auto Mechanics… I’ve finally been converted to being a fan of a company, in all three categories now… USAA for insurance, Avenue Bank for banking and now AutoFix in Franklin and working with Branch Atkisson and is team. Without a doubt, customer service is A-​1 priority, even to the point of giving cookies away while you wait! I’ve now been a customer the better part of this year, and each and every time I walk in the place, I can breathe easy knowing that I’m dealing with the most truthful people in the auto mechanic business. They consistently work for you and not the bottom line, and will do whatever they can to give you the best deal possible.
If you happen to live/​work in the Brentwood/​Cool Springs/​Franklin area, they offer a FREE shuttle service so that you’re not waiting at the shop, or having to jump through hoops with friends and family to arrange a pick up. They’ll even pick you back up and take you back to the shop to get your car too, once it’s ready! If a repair is going to take more than a day, they have really nice loaner cars available for use. These same cars are available for rent too.
Save yourself time, money, and the head ache of dealing with «not to par» mechanics/​mechanic shops and head straight to AutoFix… I promise you, you won’t regret it!

I have used area dealerships as well as independent repair shops for oil changes and auto repairs for our four cars. I learned over the past 15 years to lower my expectations when it comes to anything automotive. Over priced, had to take it back for the same repair, grease on steering wheel and seats and the list goes on. That is until now as we stumbled on a repair business that actually cares about their customers, doesn’t gouge you and stands behind their work. Oh, almost forgot, they greet you with hot cookies, water, cokes and they hand wash your car. We have been Auto Fix of Franklin customers this past year for our Infinity, Xterra and Tahoe. The 4^th car will join the others when the warranty expires. Thank you Branch and all the guys at Auto Fix. I don’t hesitate to recommend you to all of my friends.

We are new to TN, and needed a great repair shop. So far so good with Branch and the crew down at Autofix. Awesome interior waiting area, great auto service, shuttle available and sweet high end car rental. Recommended!

We’re brand new to the area and were in need of a mechanic. It’s always hard finding a trustworthy mechanic, but ladies and gentleman, I’ve managed to find one on my first attempt.
Not only was the problem fixed same day, the cost was less than I assumed it would be, it was done right, and followed up with an impressive car wash — my car hasn’t sparkled like that in a long time!
Branch was friendly, knowledgable, and took his time explaining what needed to be done.

I’ve been to AutoFix twice so far. Once was timing belt and transmission fluid change for my 2005 Toyota Siena. The other was this week for a wheel bearing and rear brakes.
Branch Atkisson greeted me with a smile and asked about my son, then when Rick the Toyota tech came out he asked about my son as well.
It’s the big things like the best price in town and doing a great job on top of that.
I tend to shop around. AutoFix had a great price.
when I came in they put my car on the rack and Rick went through everything with me in advance. We looked under the car talked about my car and what needed to be done. I was impressed by Ricks knowledge and the fact that he took the time to explain everything.
Towards the end of last week I knew it was time for some more work. I brought that car in Rick looked at it and we made an appointment for Monday.
Monday morning they went right to work, did a great job and I’m ready to go.
I rarely give reviews, but AutoFix is worth taking the time. I’ve recommended them to friends. These people are still my friends and they now recommend AutoFix to their friends as well.

This is the only place to go to get car work done! They are honest quick and have reasonable pricing. They give hotel like service for all their customers, they have drinks and snacks in the waiting area and the shop stays clean enough to eat off of. Branch the manager is a great guy and really makes auto repair enjoyable somehow. Who knew that was possible! Highly recommended don’t go anywhere else.

When visiting an auto repair shop, honesty is most important to me, both with the actual repairs and price. Autofix of Franklin went above and beyond, repairing my Land Rover back to shape with exactly what was needed with a fair, reasonable price. I’ve been back again and had another positive experience when repairing the brakes on my wife’s car. They also shuttled me from my house which was nice since I didn’t have a way to get up there. I noticed they’ve entirely upgraded the shop with a nice lounge and TV, and it’s much cleaner than some of the other shops I’ve been to. They even offered me a cookie while I waited. I will be back again.
