I’m still discovering their quality and services. Have been very happy with the kindness to me and my pooch, the informative discussions, ability to get help if I need it fast and patience with an active dog. They welcome me when we drop in just to say hello and get weighed. I do this to show my pooch that not all visits mean a shot.
The follow up has been terrific. Quick questions on the phone have been answered in a timely manner. Clean. Smells good. So far I am very comfortable and happy.
I am VERY picky about my vet. I make my choice with care. My four stars reflects me, not the staff. No area where I would say needs improvement.

This is the only place we have ever taken our 12 year old Dachshund and this is one incredible practice. My parents even brought their sick Dachshund from Kentucky here when their vet could not determine what was wrong and Dr. Bob saved his life by diagnosing the problem and treating him. We have seen Dr. Dawson the last several years and she is very kind and compassionate and also very knowledgeable. She definitely found her calling in life. We would not go anywhere else. From the first phone call we ever made to the last visit for the annual physical just a couple of weeks ago, we have always been treated like family. The front office staff are all so sweet when you walk in and many times call you by name. We thank God for all of the amazing people who make Battleground Hospital for Animals the wonderful place that it is. God bless them all.

I just spent along time on the phone with a receptionist asking a plethora of questions before we bring home our new puppy as I am interviewing for a vet. She was absolutely wonderful to speak with, very sharp, and extremely pleasant to deal with. If the rest of the practice is as accommodating as she was, this is a really great option.

The Doctors and staff at Battle Ground are so caring they treat your pet as if they were their very own. Would not take my pet any place else

Great place, friendly staff, and Dr. Dawson is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgable, personable, and great with our dog. She takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions we may have. Our dog is always happy to visit Dr. Dawson and Battleground.

The staff, vet techs and doctors (particularly Dr. Dawson) are absolutely amazing. These people genuinely care about my pets and have gone above and beyond for me and my fur babies. The quality of care my pets receive is second to none. Any time I have a question or concern about my pets health, I get an answer incredibly quickly via email or phone call. We have two «special needs» animals, and the compassion and understanding that has been exhibited by all at Battleground makes me so appreciative. I just can’t imagine finding a better set of people to care for our pets (one cat, one dog). 5 stars, 5 meows and 5 woofs!

This office is wonderful! The entire staff (including all of the doctors) are incredibly compassionate and it’s clear they’re doing this because they truly love animals. Our two fur babies have received great care here and we have been shown deep compassion during the tough times. It’s very clean and they offer a wide variety of services and products, though nothing is ever pushed on you. I’m happy we found this office!
